Excellent location close to Alexanderplatz, which is very central and very well connected.
Great room, which was quiet, with very comfortable mattresses and having a great perfect temperature.
Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice and variety.
Lunch/dinner was also very nicely prepared and really worth it.
All in all, I really liked the H2 Hotel, as it offered great value for money!

Buffet ohne Schweinefleisch, mit glutenfreien Lebensmitteln
Im Zimmer roch es aus dem Geruchsverschluss. Wir wurden nicht auf die Payback Punkte hingewiesen beim Einchecken. Das 4-Bett Zimmer war sehr eng.

Location easy for transport links good breakfast
Early check in is expensive and given you only get to check in 1 hour early not worth the cost - This is the element I was most disappointed with.
Lack of a formal bar somewhat disappointing - there is a bar area with a small selection of bottled beers and wine but nothing else - would have enjoyed somewhere to round off the evening out or just somewhere to relax with a better choice of drinks available

Sehr zentrale Lage, kurze Wege zu öffentl Verkehrsmitteln, ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht und bekommen-was will man mehr! Frühstücksangebot war toll und obwohl viele Gäste da waren, war das Buffet und der Ablauf gut organisiert. Gerne wieder!

Everything has been fine from the check in (lucky to be able to make an early check in at 8 am) to the check out. Reception team is very nice and accommodate. Room was clean and comfortable even if a bit small. Breakfast was good with good choice.
Location is very convenient next to Alexander Platz and Mitte district with plenty of bars and l restaurants available in the evening.

Room was fairly sized, clean, bed was comfortable, with a big bathroom. Locations was great, super central, few steps away from Alexanderplatz and its station. Breakfast was amazing, wide variety of salted and sweets elements, many drinks to choose from, all great quality.
Little things. There wasn't a choice for pillows, mine was way too thin. No conditioner between the toiletries and the blackout blind wasn't big enough to cover the window so the light would shine through.

the pillows were too soft. like someone had filled the case with cotton wool.
we had 3 guests but we’re only provided 2 towels and had to ask each day for an extra one

The location is great. It is close to Alexanderplatz Station and from there you can go almost everywhere. Our room was small but clean. Breakfast was adequate. The staff was very helpful.
It would be better if they separated the beds in twin bed rooms. Bathroom slippers would be nice.

Breakfast had a lot of options; staff were helpful and the tables cleaned as soon as you finished so other patrons can sit down and enjoy their breakfast

The location is really central and easy to be reached from the station. The hotel is really clean and the staff is really nice. Breakfast was ok, nothing too fancy, just simple and nice.
