Location and price, spot on. Quiet location, pubs and restaurants near by. 5 mins walk from Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations so well located for Bakerloo, central and Elizabeth lines
Room was clean but mattress thin, room and public spaces a little tired around the edges, although I didn’t spend much time in the room and it was fine for what I needed (sleeping). Lower ground rooms could do with bedside table lights as there is no natural daylight and main light switches were located by the door so when I woke in the night I stumbled around a bit trying to orientate myself. Lighting which easily accessed from the bed would be desirable.

The staff were the best part! They were friendly and helpful, and while I was out, housekeeping found my teddies under the bed covers and arranged them cutely on the bed. I hadn't had the best day out so it was such a pleasant little surprise to return to. Really cute gesture!
The location is also great. A very short walking distance to two underground stations, Hyde Park, cafés etc.
The room was unfortunately not very clean beneath the surface. There were old caprisun wrappers beneath the bed and quite a lot of dirt between the bed and window.
The shower drain also seemed blocked, as you could always see water quite close to the top and the base steadily filled with water while you showered.
The bathroom door also wouldn't shut, it appeared damaged, but luckily I was not sharing my room with someone else.
The window too didn't close fully on one side so it was constantly gapped open (not exactly problem in 28degree heat though)

Perfect location for us to site see everything in walking distance and buses and subway 5 mins walk
The bedroom walls had bad marks on them and blood smudged on on 1wall. Rotten window frame luckily the weather was warm but for the price I could've booked a hotel instead

Location is central and convenient. quiet street in a nice neighborhood and can easily be reached by public transport day and night
massive mold in the room
dirty sheets
dirty, scratched walls
sink in the bathroom was clogged, had to fix it ourselves as the receptionist “didn’t know anything about it” and no maintenance personell was available. it happens, but the receptionist made no efforts at all to address the situation (didn’t offer alternative room, no apologies,..)

it was the worst experience in a hotel.
where to begin… there was a crack on the front door, people from outside could see inside of our room. there was piss on the wall, holes in the wall, mold on the wall. we could hear the neighbours like they were in the room with us. the bed sheet and pillow cases were cover of someone else hair. the shower was broken and there were curly hair from someone else.

hmm..the location?
Where do i start..
1. At 1AM until whenever i finally able to sleep, the other people in the next room (or was it in front of my room) couldn’t stop talking, laughing, singing all night. It was very annoying and this is also due to the very thin wall between each room. You can hear other people talking as well. I’ve never experienced this in any hotels in London. I wouldn’t even call it a wall, more like a partition. The solution is to maybe making a strict rule of no noise between 10PM-7AM? Like how the other hotels in London does.
2. The bed- it was creaky and uncomfortable all night long. I was exhausted from all the walking during the day so I was hoping for a good night’s sleep but I was so wrong. Idk how often do they sanitise the bed but it was so itchy for me. Red spots are forming on my back (I suspected it was bed bugs).
I’m not a particularly choosy person, I sleep anywhere and anytime without complaining. But for the very first time I decided to leave a review for this property so that they can improve. Please improve. I’m staying in London very soon and this property comes up on my recommendation but I’ll not choose this property.

Nothing, 5£ per night is even too much for it.
Everything was dirty, the room was very tiny and right on the top of the underground tunnels hearing the trains pass and the noise of the electric power of the trains, I can say this was the worst experience I had in all my life.

There location is great. Staff at the reception are polite and professional.
I loved having a fan in the room.
The mattress and pillow were dirty and had no protection on them.
There were lots of maintenance issues.
The shower was not only broken but had to be held by hand.
The sink was blocked.

The toilet and sink works. You don't have to share a bathroom with anyone. The radiator went very hot. There was a tv and hairdryer in the room.
The room was just filthy. Black mould and pink mould in the shower, what looked like dried bogeys on the walls. I had to clean the tv remote and hairdryer with my own hand sanitiser because they were so filthy I didn't want to touch them.
The beds were dusty and had other people's hairs all over the duvet. The mattresses are very lumpy with large dips in the middle and lots of burst springs. My friend actually hurt his ankle on one of the burst springs.
The window badly needs to be resealed as we could feel several draughts coming through it when closed, and this was in December.
Trash was littered in the little window box outside our window. Horrible.

It was ideal as I was stranded in London for the night. There was snow and ice on the track, so all trains were cancelled due to the weather. For one night my room was ok. It was nice to see Kensington gardens wasn’t that far from the hotel.
Shower room was on the bit of the small size, the toilet too close to the sink but as I’ve said it was ideal for the one night.

Location - and the price wasn’t bad
Bed a little small for a tall man and I would have liked a softer mattress. The basement room picked up the noise of trains from the Circle/District Line, which I didn’t mind too much as it lulled me to sleep (and did not continue through the night). The shower - though refurbished - was a tad temperamental: a sudden transition from scalding to freezing could be a fine line. Nice to have a kettle for morning tea-making

good location, easy check in
Unclean, hairs on bed and stains on bedsheets. Tiny room which barely fit 2 people and our suitcases. Bathroom not very clean, mould on ceiling.

Great location and quiet.
My room was like a bed sit. Dirty skirting, fraying carpet. No TV remote. View from my window was of a storage room with rubbish in it.
Shower although good nearly overflowed as wouldn't drain quick enough.

great location
staff EXTREMELY rude and their account manager Rota is the worst rude person in which doesn’t have any respect for others

Great location! Quiet side street just short walk away from train and metro. Hyde Park at the bottom of the road. Short walk to food and drink places. Great location for a base.
Check in was late as rooms were not ready. Advertises early check in may be possible but couldn't meet their advertised time.

No blind in the room, uncomfortable bed
Bathroom permitted water all over the floor
