Location 10/10. Breakfast 8/10. Comfy beds 9/10. The rest needs improvement.
Room ventilation is very concerning. I am not an asthmatic but I had to use ventolin because it was pretty dump in the room. Window frames are wooden and rotted and paint pills off when you try to open a window.
No ventilation in bathrooms, they stay steamy for hours after a shower.
There is parking in the underground garage which is great but it's not automated, we had to dial reception every single time we wanted to leave the hotel or get back in.
The location is good and the staff were friendly enough.

Amazing cleanliness and very helpful staff when I had lost a piece of clothing.

Location was ok.
The room was dirty. There were bugs on the pillow and in the bath towels. The electricity to the beside lamps was not connected properly, causing them to flicker and occasionally not even turn off when the switch was flipped. WAY too expensive for what I received.

bar restaurant was not always ready- cleaned it around 1139 which was awkward

Spacious room
The pillow case is a bit dirty and I felt uncomfortable sleeping for 3 nights.
The duvet is a bit thick for a late May stay.

Beds - very comfortable; temperature good; bathroom spacious; quiet inside and out; excellent walking distance and location to city; garage very convenient; staff friendly and helpful.
Comfort of bar/eating area - pretty bland decor; slow to open garage doors several times during the 6 day stay

The bed was comfy.
The price. There were parts of the room that needed tlc, carpets damaged, shower had cigarette burns on the tray, and in the morning at approx 9.30 the cleaner comes on in. Check out was at 11am, let us sleep! The main thing was the price. For anything over 200euros on a Monday night it wants to be damn good.

The hotel room was clean, quiet and comfortable - just what everyone wants! Modern rooms. The staff were great.
We got there about 6.30pm, went to get something to eat. While we were waiting for our food the table beside us weren't happy with their meals and returned them. Unfortunately my wife had to return hers.. just simple nachos.. for a hotel they were poor. Pour on cheese like a cinema or worse and they were cold. I can't put all the blame on the chef, they might be told to work with what they are given. The menu was quite broad. Perhaps if it was smaller the quality might be better.
Breakfast was grand, usual buffet style.
Parking is 15 euro a night. The prices hotels are charging these days parking should be waved.

Staff very nice, hotel was clean, food was delicious, great location for our show at Bord Gais
The room was very hot, tv kept glitching but weren't there long enough to watch much anyway. There was a mirror on the wall opposite the toilet, which was a bit disconcerting!

The staff were very helpful
I booked 2 room for our family and was put on 2 different levels, which didnt make sense. One room the carpet outside the bathroom was all wet and the room smelt awful. They changed our room as I went back down to reception. The breakfast had great variety but some items were not great considering the price. The sausages tasted sour and the potatoes cubes were hard and not cooked properly. The rest off the cooked breakfast was lovely.
