There was nothing to like I tried to make contact with the property on several occasions.
No staff to take inquiries regarding bookings and changes

The room was clean and organised.
There seemed to be an arena or motorsport event nearby. Loud music and microphone was audible until quite late.

there was a terrible smell in the room that couldn't be removed even with air freshener
beds extra small in length and width very crammed

Quiet and peaceful with bushy outlook.
An outdoor seated area at the back of cabin would be great for morning sun and afternoon shade.

Its in a residential park so quite secure, strangers and opportunists don't wander around. It had a cooker/microwave, fridge and utensils, it was literally five minutes walk from a shopping centre with all you need for self catering. It also has other places local to scoff such as Micky D's and Hungry Jacks etc. As a self catering villa/chalet I didn't expect to see a maid over the two weeks I was there but she came on three occasions, it wasn't needed but it was nice non the less.
No wireless. This made it difficult to keep in touch with things, I had to go to the local shopping centre for free wifi. It was also a bit dirty when first checked in, looked like kids handprints on the wall which easily wiped off and the curtains have seen better days.

The shopping centre was close and restaurants. Short driving to the city .
At the reception please have a friendly face . Not staying there again . The lady was too disruptive couldn’t explain to her about booking through Booking.com she wouldn’t listen . She told me she’d talk to the gentleman who was my husband and we were together. I’m brown my husband is white , she’s white so I don’t like this type of people. I’m very multicultural and a nurse felt really bad I had to get out of the office straight away. I booked for 3 nights had to force myself to stay wasn’t happy there.

The smoke alarm had no battery and was hanging from the roof. The front door would not open propery and we needed to put our foot on the wall to pull it open. There was a strong draft coming through the gap on the front door and window so it was cold and noisy. Power Point's didn't work and even some hanging out the wall. Toilet seat broken. The shower cubicle leaked everywhere and the floors were soaked. The remote control for the tv didnt work properly. There were no outside lights on so it was dark and could t see the door locks. We rented 2 rooms a d both had so many issues.

The location is convenient and the access to cabins is smooth. The staff is friendly and caring.
Internet service (Wifi) should be provided as well as a pair of bathroom slippers.

The place looks nice from the outside the gardens were beautiful and tidy.
Bathroom was clean.
T.V didnt work.
Called the reception. We were 8mins late getting back to the accomadation due to heavy traffic. Her car was still there but did not answer the phone or even come to fix the T.V.
On top of the T.V bench looked like no one wipe it clean for about a month crumbs everywhere.
The walls were dirty the cupboard door was dirty. The floors didnt get mopped.
Beds were very old and uncomfortable. Shabby and smelly. The place was very dirty inside very dusty and unhygenic..
Couch was very old and incomfortable. It looks and feels like its come from off the streets.
Rubbish bin outside was full to the hilt.
Over all i would rate my stay a 3.
