Lovely place with a great host.

Anna was amazing and welcoming, helped us with our luggage and even suggested an earlier check in which was great for us. The room itself was very clean and has everything you may need. Lovely place for a short stay.

Fabolous stay in heart of Dubrovnik

Ana is such a good host. In the middle of Dubrovnik at a very good price. A real gem!

Firstly Anna greeted us at the property and is a lovely lady and very accommodating! For the cost the property suited us and you really couldn't ask for much more. The location was very good and we worked out the easiest way of accessing the stairways(use the first stairway after the Pile entrance) Great location for easy access to the bars and restaurants. Be prepared for the steep stair up to the property on arrival with your case, but you only need to do it once. There no sign on the property, look out for the small no9 on the wall and a big blue door. We enjoyed our stay in dubrovnik and such a wonderful clean friendly city. Anna is a gem and a very good host.

We found it quite noisy from the room above and when the other guests came into the apartments in the early hours, that would wake us up. But I'm sure it would be a lot noisier down in the centre. Well worth what we paid.

Location is good.

We paid for a suite with a couch. We were given a standard double which was very tight, even with carryon suitcases. It looked like the booked suite was under construction, so not available, but no reduction in rate was offered.

It was a lovely stay!

The property had everything a traveller could need, specially a forgetful one like myself. Shampoo, toothpaste, tea, coffee, soap… you name it. The hostess, Ana, was really attentive and kind! We arrived very late and there she was waiting for us!

The room isn’t very spacious, which that’s expected since it’s in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik. That said, it was the perfect for us (a couple). Another minor issue is that our bedroom on the ground floor was right by the stairs/street. We could hear the outside noises but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Wonderful location, lovely owner who very nicely greeted me and later we had a very nice chat. The room was very clean nicely arranged and he even had a kitchenette which was a great bonus. The room was on the first floor very close to the Main Street, and yet felt rather quiet and safe. I hope to stay there again next time I visit Dubrovnik :)

Amazing Old Town Studio Apartment

This studio apartment is nicely located inside Old Town. I am thankful for Ana who stayed up to welcome me at 12:30am. She is very friendly and was a pleasure meeting her. The apartment pictured the same on website photos. There are many restaurants closely located. When I return to visit Dubrovnik, I will stay here again. Thanks for providing me a memorable first visit to Dubrovnik.

Great find as a base for exploring Dubrovnik

Perfect base to explore Dubrovnik town. Excellent location yet still on a quiet street. I was staying alone and felt very safe. Wonderfully friendly host. Room came with nice touches (water in fridge, fruit and biscuits). Would recommend for a few days base to explore.
