Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Titanic, das eine freundliche, wohltuende Mischung aus mondäner Atmosphäre und Unkompliziertheit bietet. Unsere Zimmer (Deluxe) waren sehr schön eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten um Zimmer zum Innenhof gebeten (die sind bei geöffnetem Fenster ruhiger als nach vorn raus zur Französischen Straße) und diesem Wunsch wurde auch entsprochen. In den Zimmern war es ziemlich warm, aber man konnte die Fenster öffnen und die Temperatur auch durch eine Klimaanlage regulieren. Das Frühstücksbuffet, in sehr schönem Ambiente (im hauseigenen Restaurant) ist sehr gut, die Auswahl unglaublich (inkl. Eierstation) und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Lage des Hotels ist prima, man kommt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Mitte zu Fuß und hat mit diversen U-Bahnen, Bussen und der S-Bahn-Station Friedrichstraße (15 min Fußweg) eine super Anbindung in weiter entfernte Stadtteile. Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel.

All the facilities are excellent. The spa was amazing, and the breakfast was the best I've had for a long time at a hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

Tücher im Bad wurden zum wiederholten Male nicht vollständig ersetzt, unaufmerksame, schlechte und unflexible Bedienung abends in der Bar.

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van al het personeel. Op mijn verzoek was de kamer eerder beschikbaar zodat ik mijn koffer ruim voor 15.00 uur kon uitpakken in plaats van tijdelijk opslaan in een bagageruimte.
De achtergrondmuziek in zowel de bar als restaurant dient te worden ge-upgrade.
Bij mijn volgende bezoek hoop ik wel dat alle faciliteiten (spa & wellness) beschikbaar zijn.

Very friendly staff, great location, beautiful rooms and hotel, comfortable beds and a good breakfast buffet. Very good soundproofing and blackout curtains.
We were allowed to store our luggage at the hotel for a few hours extra free of charge on our last day after checkout so we could explore the city and come back to collect before leaving Berlin
The square narrow toilet seat in the bathroom was probably the most uncomfortable toilet seat I have ever sat on. The ventilation in the bathroom didn't work, so it got very humid after a couple of showers.
Pillows could have been better, breakfast buffet could have had a bigger selection, but this is just nitpicking and overall we were very pleased with our stay

Top class service, great breakfast and for me , the fitness room did the job. The room was amazing. and serviced daily. Couldn't have done better.

On the 2nd day, we were given a towel set only for 1 person, not 2. The finished soap in the shower was not refilled. Housekeeping staff could be more attentive.

The location of the hotel is in walking distance from most of historical places. Beautiful breakfast. Nice steak restaurant and coctail bar.
We got superior room with actually no view, looking into a inner block with 4 walls in 3 meter distance, no room cleaning was done even after claiming it twice. With just answering: “We are sorry for that”.
I would rate the hotel as better 3* hotel.

the room we were given was dirty. There were coffee cups left with coffe in, the shower was dirty and the general room was dirty. When we went back to tell reception they gave us a new room but didn't even seem too bothered or offer some sort of apology.

Amazing location right in the center. The rooms are nice and clean. Make sure to include the rich breakfast.

The reception/entrance and lounge were beautifully decorated and the breakfast was absolutely awesome, it had everything we could’ve dreamed of - would definitely recommend a stay here.
