Clean,bright comfortable room with large double bed for me and single bed for my son. Relaxing lounge and tasty affordable meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

the shower kept going hot and cold, didn’t enjoy the breakfast. Some items were missing and some stuff was overcooked.

Breakfast limited and dated in style. Room dates and in poor condition in places. Could do with update. Very dark in places. Couldn't see to open room. Search for main light solved the issue, light should have been on but twice we had to turn on just to be able to unlock our room

Location close to Clyde Marina Boatyard ideal for working on boat in winter.

Hotel was very dimly lit and quite depressing . We were only couple in which didn’t help atmosphere either!

Really pleased Jenifer was lovely, cleaning staff asked if we ok & would wee like anything, thought that was nice,

Food was amazing, sea view, good WiFi. And 4ply toilet paper, very posh. 🤣

The bed was too big. If you lie in the middle, you rolled out to the sides. The bathroom door didn't shut properly, and there was no heater in the bathroom.. freezing cold. 🥶

Restaurant was OK. Dinner actually quite good, Breakfast was appalling.

Awful rooms, very tired, in need of updating. Paint peeling. No phone ,no ironing board in the room. Had to gamble on one being available

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The bar and restaurant were nice. Warm and cosy with a good atmosphere.

Probably the only thing I would smile about was the Breakfast

Staff not very helpful was unable to speak to the owner/manager as requested and was not given any contact details either email or contact number and nobody there when checking out waited 5 minutes and had to leave to rush back to my home town Doncaster due to an emergency, my brother having a stroke on the Saturday. Tried to cancel the small twin room which was for my disabled brother and was passed between calls to reception and booking.com nobody wanted to know or help and the room was not cancelled, pure greed by both only bothered about MONEY.

Staff were excellent and friendly. Superb breakfast.

Bathroom was cold no heating and smelt a bit musty, but it didn't really bother us.
