Good

perfect location, attentive staff, very comfortable bed and equipped kitchen

it is a bit dark as it is a lower-ground floor (which was never mentioned in the ad) and the fridge was not working properly.

Loved our time in London and location of the property was brilliant

the location was great and plenty of room

It was advertised as “bright” which we didn’t find The place was clean but the peeling paint on the walls and the contacted kitchen made the place feel dingy especially for the amount of money we paid There was an alarm constantly going off under the sink and the fridge wasn’t working properly The place was cold and the main shower temperature was hard to adjust from being too hot The people above woke us up every morning around 6ish The entrance was dangerous and a part from the location I wouldn’t recommend sorry to be negative Thank you

I think if the mold was cleaned up, the peeling paint was sanded, and the shower water was warm you might have a perfect

The price and location was amazing!

There was black mold in the bathroom and up the stair from lower bathroom and the shower water was cold, it never warmed up. The paint was peeling in some places, which it happens but might want to look into that.

Horrible stay!

not a lot

honestly there is so many things we didn’t like. Firstly the communication was terrible! They booked an inspection for surveying the property at 9am, which meant that we had to go out of our way to let someone we didn’t know into the property to inspect all the damage at the property with only half a days notice. The inspector that came felt so bad that he made them re-book the appointment because even he said it was unprofessional. Secondly communication was unprofessional and because I messaged them at 1pm they just assumed we left at 1pm and tried to take $30 from our damage bond, even though if they asked we actually left on time. The walls are peeling, there’s damage to the cupboards and couch with stains, there’s dust and dirt in all the cupboards, dishes were dirty, front entrance was wet and dirty, the shower was broken so you had a little trickle of water coming out of the shower and it was cold water not hot. No washing powder to wash the clothes, the dryer part of the washer/dryer didn’t work. You can hear everything above you in the apartment above. The travel to central London was a little far with it costing a fair bit to get anywhere. There is definitely better places to stay and I would not recommend! will never be coming back to stay here again.

the location and area was good

it was in the basement, booking process was cumbersome with selfies required and 6 pages of instructions and rules. Have not received safety deposit of 250£ yet.

Pretty disappointing and dirty

The location is nice and when we reported missing towels, etc., the staff helped us.

I have to say that it was pretty disappointing. First, the pictures in the advertisement do not match at all with the current state of the property. The couches are diferente and pretty dirty and stained. You can notice that there is no maintenance and the worst part is the dust and dirt. The property was not cleaned, you could see also a lot of webs and spiders, so the apartment looked even more unkempt and dirty. Also, when we arrived there were trash bags in the entrance so you can imagine how unwelcoming was the first impression of the place. The WiFi only works properly in the living room, but in the rooms was pretty weak. Another issue was one of the bathrooms, the ceiling was that low that when you were entering to the bath tub you can not take a shower standing (I am only 1.60 cm, and I was already hitting the ceiling), so it was not comfortable and can not be used by taller people. About the towels and bed sheets, despite we booked for a group they were not prepared and did not leave enough linen and towels for the number of people. Also there was no bed deck for the sofa, I needed to call and ask for them to bring the missing things and despite we requested it, we only received the towels and sheets but not the bed deck for the sofa. Also, the curtains in the rooms were not good, so light was passing through really early in the morning.

Duvet missing

Location was great so central.

Didn't like the fact we were given a basement flat as had a baby and an 82 year old with us. Also we had a duvet missing and so the person on one of the beds had no duvet and we asked each day of our stay for a duvet and received nothing and were staying 5 days. The staff member checked day one and confirmed it was missing. This spoilt the stay. Also the fan was not working in the bathroom so the bathroom became unbearable after a shower.

Perfect!

The location is perfect, close to many eateries, tube stations, and shops. Comfortable beds, spacious property, very well equipped kitchen. Everything was as per described. Easy check-in too. Highly recommended!

The kitchen counter top and the walls could be repaired/improved but that did not affect our comfortable stay at the property. Will still visit again nonetheless.

Excellent location. Pleasant stay.

The location was superb. All public transport and food places were very conveniently located. The immediate surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. The hall and dining area was spacious.

It was mandatory for all seven guests to send photos/selfies holding our IDs. No other booking world-wide has ever asked us for such ID proof. The wifi connection was weak in the bed rooms. The central bathroom had a noisy exhaust fan, which was on all the time. The main couch in the hall had some stained patches. There should have been coasters for hot cups and pans.

Good location, nice for a larger family

Spacious apartment if you are traveling with a few people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom (only 1 has a shower), large dining table and a living with a big kitchen and couch.

al of the apartment has been maintained on the lowest possible level. good enough to use, but looking at it let’s you wonder what has happened on a maintenance level for the last 10/15 years.That’s a missed chance. countertop looks like marble on the pictures but is in fact badly applied adhesive vinyl and that is one example of how thinks could have been when a new countertop would have been applied. Sets you back 500 pound, but wil look decent. Same with the floor, paintjob, kitchen hinges, etc.

bit worn but around the edges good size and location but would use it again.

overhaul good kitchen facilities, a 4 slice toaster would be better than a 2 slice, also if there were some Tea towels and kitchen roll and more Teaspoons more matching knives and forks, not fish knives. I would stay here again because of its size and location and the apartment was lovely and warm we stayed in January.

a bit worn around the edges stains on furniture, sofa bed cushions, not the mattress, paint on it and a bit frayed on edges, bar stools stained, damp plaster, paint Coming off the walls, one of the fleece blankets did not smell clean, smell from drains in the bathroom, shower faucet not working in the bath to use the shower head attachment it wouldn't stay up to use it, also Ants, in winter we used the ant spray under the sink, and the sticky back plastic on kitchen surfaces was a good idea but it was not stuck well around the edges and it was peeling off, fridge door should be left open when it is turned off so no smell when you open it we shut it when we left because that how we found it, building construction in the back of the property where the bedrooms are it was noisy early on a Saturday morning.

In need of some TLC

The location and it could be a lovely apartment

On arrival one bathroom had been leaking and had the plumbers in. Wasn't told about this and took the money for the stay knowing the issue. Photos on here do the place justice as it is in need of some tlc for sure. We was compensated for the stay over a week later which I also had to chase most days.

Overall very good location and size of apartment.

Location was excellent. Very close to Hyde park. Good amount of space for our family.

Was a bit run down in places. Needed a bit of TLC. Was missing a kettle but one was delivered when we asked. No safe in the apartment.

Perfect stay

It is a great location. Close to park, tubes, restaurants, shops. We stayed as a couple with 4 teenagers and there was plenty of room. Kitchen is well equipped and 2 bathrooms was a bonus. It is a basement flat but the apartment is well lit so didn’t fell dark. Yes the decor is slightly tired but it was clean and still felt good value for money and didn’t impact out stay at all. There was a bit of street noise from the back bedrooms but you will get that anywhere in London. Altogether we had a great stay and will definitely come back.
