Tolle Lage, direkt am VondelPark und Tram Haltestelle in der Nähe.
Geräumiges Bad mit Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Zimmer direkt am Treppenhaus war etwas laut.

Great location en though it’s a fair way from the city centre but the transport system is great
Nothing much as I researched the location before I booked

Le hall d’accueil avec la boutique, de quoi manger ou prendre une
Boisson et la présence permanente de quelqu’un. La location très facile de vélos, la proximité du parc, des musées, du centre ….
Pas grand chose

The inside cafe and small shop was a nice addition. They provide coffee, tea, cold drinks, pastry and snacks. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The rooms were simple but for the price a good deal. The interior is a bit quirky.
Some staff was super nice but others could have been friendlier. Our room was missing a water boiler, tea/coffee and a fridge (though considering the price I'm not too bothered by this). Overall we were still quite satisfied.

The most comfortable bed ever ! Nice location too
They charge you more taxes besides the booking taxes

The room was nice and quiet, view of the canal. Th breakfast was good.

We chose this hotel as it had three single beds, perfect for a mum and two teenage sons. We had plenty of space and found the hotel to be clean and staff very friendly. We also found it a good location for trams with Leidseplein being only 15 mins away.
It would have been nice to have a small fridge. We were on a budget so chose not to have breakfast here and bought our own but, due to no fridge, bought pastries.

Probably the best hotel bed I’ve slept in! The blanket was perfectly fluffy and soothing and the two different pillows worked for every sleeping positions. The mattress did not bother us in any way which has been the case in every hotel we’ve been before, so it was also amazing.
The breakfast had a lot of options for vegans and the buffet varied a bit every day.
The breakfast buffet would need better labeling of allergens, or at least labels with the names of the dishes that would indicate what they may contain. It was also difficult to ask it for each dish as only person seemed to know the exact ingredients, and the said person usually not closeby.
The view from our room was a concrete wall two meters from our window (you couldn’t even see the sky), but then again, we used the room mostly as a place to sleep in and went out to explore the surroundings, so it didn’t matter that much.

The design is stylish and neat
The property have charged us breakfast which we haven’t consumed. Better check your invoice when you checked out. The staff there helped us to check out and we didn’t check ourselves only when we received the email invoice we found out the issue. We have to call and email the property to claim back and it took hotel 10 days to refund us better be careful next time

It's nice that the hotel entrance is the café, and it offers really nice pastries. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Staff were very nice and helpful.
Maybe the blanket was too much for this season, I was getting very hot during sleep. The room is not extremely big but it's OK for the need. I was missing a desk and a chair

location right next to the park and near to trams. air conditioning was superb since we arrived during the heat wave
quite small but adequate for 2 adults and a 20month old toddler

Room was lovely, great location and the bike rental was super convenient. Would definitely recommend.

first of all , the cafe in the hotel is amazing because they are open 24hrs and it is not possible to find something to eat in the city late hours. our room was spacy and had a really nice view. hotel is a minute-walking distance from the Wondelpark , which is awesome. easy to go running , no excuses :) average breakfast. short walking distance to the tram , you can go anywhere in the city with it
the self check-in was not working , had to wait for the front desk

very far from a lot of what we came to see - no big deal we rented bikes

The room was very comfortable and clean. We had a choice to be as independent as we wanted with checking in and out and with our room in general. The location was wonderful, close to Vondelpark and to many tram lines going to the center.

lovely helpful staff, great apple cake. good coffee. breakfast wonderful selection. my husband would have liked the choice of how eggs were cooked for breakfast but really that is quite minor.
we all found the lift a little claustrophobic. we think it was the brick imagery on the walls. but it worked so that’s good.

Close to Vondelpark, the tram, the museums. Delicious breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
The shower wasn’t the best. Not enough pressure and the temperature control didn’t work well.
3.0
the staff were kind and friendly
the hotel is a sham in the name of sustainability-there is no service no amenities eg no water bottle coffee/tea in room pillows uncomfortable tiny front room noisy
-can hear shower in next room and roadwork at night.

Location and staff were great. Bike rentals and having a cafe downstairs was very valuable as a traveler.
Pillows were a little soft for me, but that’s not a dealbreaker
