Angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage

Die Lage beim Bahnhof ist genial! das Zimmer hatte gute Fenster und ein gutes Bett. Ein zweiter Stuhl wäre noch nett gewesen.

Das Nachfüllen von Toilettenpapier könnte besser sein. Nachfüllen von Vollkornbrot hat beim Frühstück nicht immer geklappt.

Promosse con lode la posizione, lo staff e l'ampiezza delle stanze Buona la colazione Il personale della sala colazione è stato di rara cortesia.

Il bagno è un box di vetro e garantisce poca privacy. Il dispenser del sapone per la doccia era vuoto. La tenda della camera da letto non funzionava da oscurante. Uno dei lavandini era molto danneggiato. La mancanza del bidet in una camera è un vero peccato.

Bel hôtel et grande chambre . Juste a coté de la gare et de l arrêt des.bus . Arrêt également du bus touristique. Petits restaurants à proximité . Emplacement idéal.

Le parking reste cher 2e l heure mais il est juste a côté de l hôtel

Beautiful, atmospheric hotel in a central location.

I first visited this hotel 25 years ago in my backpacking stage and I was so happy to revisit it, now renovated very well (although I did miss the old, old style, but things change...). The staff was very helpful about everything. And the train station location can't be beat.

In an ideal world, the parking would be closer, but given the central location, I understand that we had to park in the train station parking lot.

Very conveniently located right outside the train station and bus stand. Very modern rooms with a good layout and a nice vintage elevator. I was given a free upgrade as well upon arrival. Bed was super comfy.

The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the room was also nice. Very convenient location and good value for money.

I guess the light switches of the room were a bit confusing at first and they could put up some signs to make finding the breakfast room easier. But that's just nitpicking :)

They upgraded my room for a bigger one with double bed which was a nice surprise! The price I paid was a bit much for me for the room I originally booked but with the upgrade the room was definitely worth the price. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The location was great, just next to the railway station and one of the mains streets was just around the corner. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was included and it was okay, had all the basics.

Very good

I liked my room very much. It was big and bright and clean. I liked the position. It wasn´t exactly in the center, but I wanted to take a train numerous times and the hotel is next to the train station (Piazza Principe), so it was very convenient for me. The guy at the reception is very polite.

I didn´t like that there was no socket in the bathroom, so I had to use my hair straightener next to the bed, far away from the mirror. I was thinking how do men do it with their shaver? I think a box of tissues and a small hand cream in the room would be nice for this price. What I really didn´t like was the staff's behavior. I arrived and just wanted to leave my luggage. But it seemed that I was bothering the lady. She didn´t even need to stand up. She seemed very annoyed every time I passed the reception. And the best came with my checkout. Another lady asked me if there was something I didn´t like during my stay. I replied that nothing comes to my mind, but if something will come, I will write it in my review. She replied: No, we want the best score, so say it now or don´t write it there. Me: Ok, so I don´t know. She: So, will you give us ten stars? ...yes, sure, for this uncomfortable situation...why not...why do they have to push so hard?

Great spot in Genova

The room is extremely quiet, and it was clean. The bed was comfortable and warm. The staff where friendly and knew how to speak good english.

Location is very good if you travel by bus or train (it's right in front of the train station), afterwards you can just walk to the city centre. Reception stuff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast is OK for the price, but missing vegetables and fruits, if you're into that. There was some variety from day to day. Good Internet connection, but because the hotel has a maze like layout, this might not be the case everywhere. Parking is a public one, 500m away (they provided us a 20% discount voucher). It was not cheap, but it seemed safe enough.

The floor from our room was extremely squeaky. You'd wake up everyone by just going to the bathroom. Loading and unloading stuff from your car is a mess, depending on your luck. Either find a street parking place nearby or try to use the small available (or not) place in front of the hotel.
