An Invitation to Oasis Lavallet is nestled 1/2 mile from the breathtaking views of Scenic Highway, 1 mile from the beautiful gulf, 7 miles from Historic Downtown Pensacola, and 10 miles from white sands of Pensacola Beach. An Invitation to Oasis Lavallet is a perfect haven to admire the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf. Just a few miles away, the white sandy beach awaits. Lounge the day away and soak up some sun or arrange for a few hours of pontooning or Jet Skiing. It's easy to leave the world behind here. But if you change your mind, there's always Cordova Mall for a day of shopping, Seville Quarters downtown for a night of entertainment, or some good old family fun at the Sam’s Fun City or Sky Zone Trampoline Park. Great stay! Only issues we had were that property owner was still there when we arrived after check-in time (not a huge deal) and the bed in the master upstairs was not comfortable. Everything else was great - wonderful pool, beautiful living area and kitchen, had everything we needed and was well described online. Thank you for a great stay!

I am grateful to have had my first experience with such a great host!!! The house was perfect and he was always available for whatever questions I had while in Florida! I highly recommend staying here! Nothing was far the home was AMAZING and extremely comfortable!!! I plan to return my next trip! Thanks James

This is an amazing find for a family/group wanting to get away. The host is very kind and easy to communicate with. The house looks better in person than it appears online. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is just minutes from beaches, musuems, and downtown. The pool is well cared for. I would definitely take my family to stay here again!! Immaculate home with plenty of space.

Our biggest complaint was the air..
The unit upstairs wasn't working there were 2 portable units one which stopped working, so it was very uncomfortable!!! I was told the unit had just went out but I saw a previous review from a year or so ago and they had the same complaint/problem the air upstairs did not work !! Which is unexceptable. The Host is very pleasant . Easy to contact But that air needs to be fixed.....

It was very last minute booking this house . I am a local and my mother had just passed away. We just sold our house and had family coming into town and nowhere to stay. Got on Vrbo and found this house that was just a 1/4 mile from where we live. It had ample amount of room so we could all be together. The kitchen was big, 3 bathrooms a plus . The design was perfect for us because those who wanted to stay downstairs and continue to visit didn’t need to be quiet and those who were ready to go upstairs and have peace and quiet where able to do so. They said they couldn’t hear us talking at all. It was a blessing. James the owner was quick to respond to our questions and needs. Was very sympathetic and supportive to our situation. I highly recommend this house if you like space and your privacy .

This property is everything we saw online, plus! Nice neighborhood (close to everything), wonderful furnishings and kitchen, and of course - the spectacular pool. Thank you, James, for this great family independence weekend full of memories.

Last minute family trip
This was a somewhat unusual trip as we were looking for a place to spend a few days during the coronavirus quarantine. If you have to stay at home, why not do it somewhere warm! Accommodations were more than comfortable for our family of 6. Our stay was near the end of March, so the pool was a little brisk, but definitely fun. Walking trails, stores and beaches are a short drive away. The owner is very responsive to questions.

Blue water trip
The home is beautiful. Having the pool screened in was great no bugs. It was very clean. Communication with the owner was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. Will be back.

Beautiful home!
The property is in a neighborhood next to an airport of sorts, but do-able. The air conditioning kept resetting itself to 77 for some reason, and the upstairs a/c didn't work well, so it was a tad uncomfortable. Also, the upstairs television for the 2nd living room did not work, which was inconvenient. Finally, we didn't have full access to the refrigerator so we had to make a couple of trips to the grocery store. Other than that, the home is beautiful and the private pool was enjoyable!

Amazing Home!!!
This is a beautiful home. And the pool is amazing. Perfect for a family gathering. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. James was great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. It is close to the airport, Cordova Mall, an easy drive to downtown and the beach. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Pensacola. I'm hoping to stay here again on my next visit. Thanks, James!
