Central to visit location.
Staff were friendly and helpful allowing us a very early check in (09:30).
Room was a decent size.
Beds were comfortable.
Fridge and safe in the wardrobe, hairdresser, kettle and Nespresso machine also included in the twin room (separate beds but placed next to each other).
Sofa and very large smart TV which allows you to log into your own accounts.
I really liked the decor it’s modern and comfortable.
Complementary toiletries supplied.
They only drink coffee with creamer therefore there are no tea bags or milk if you require them. Cups are also very small.
The shower/wet room floods the bathroom and runs under the door into the bedroom every time you use the shower. The bedroom has laminated flooring and therefore is slippery.
No squeegee supplied to attempt to
Clear water away from the door.
The shampoo and conditioner smelt really cheap.
There’s no mirror in The bedroom, only in the bathroom so you have to use electrical items in the flooded bathroom.
Breakfast was very basic and not worth the amount they were charging but there are plenty of bakeries near to eat in.
The frosted glass door doesn’t give much privacy when sharing a room and leaves nothing to the imagination.
You cannot temperature control the room however the windows do open up fully.
The floor didn’t look like it had been dusted in weeks, a huge clump of dust was present in the room even after having the room serviced.

The room was gorgeous and very large with a kitchen-ish area and a beautiful bathroom.
Some amenities were missing, like tissues. When I asked for a box of tissues, I was told that they did not have any and handed a roll of TP!?

Nice, clean, comfy, nice staff! I will go again when in Prague next
If i have anything it is the layout of the room. I bumped my head twice on the lowering roof, as it is top floor

The location was excellent.
The mattresses were so soft and not comfortable .
House keeping services was very bad and some days , they didn’t clean the rooms although we notified the reception before leaving the hotel.

It’s close to a subway station, a bit hard to find the entrance. There are a lot of various shops near the hotel.
I’m a bit worried about the noise from the room above.

Location is pretty good.
- our room’s door lock kept beeping, we had a baby as well and we complained about it. They didn’t fix it, rather said it stops beeping after 5,10 mins so it’s fine. They could rather just change our room or may be accomodate is some way.

overall it was a lovely boutique hotel. the location of it is 10/10 ! a 5 minute walk to the old town square ( 3 min if you walk fast lol ) and Charles bridge and a 20 min walk to the main castle. the staff was super nice and caring. on our night of arrival we were given a room on the top floor that was having some issues in the bathroom + the safety box. the staff was super nice and attentive, but since the issue could not be fixed right away , the following day they upgraded us to a wonderful suite room that made our stay very pleasant.
this is me neat peaking but the breakfast although good , but it has room for improvement:)

the room was spacious and clean. You could easily adjust the temperature to suit you which made it very comfortable. Great mattress and good shower. Alexi helped us check in and was very kind. Highly recommend!
didn’t like the soap, shampoo and conditioner that was provided in the room but that was fine as we brought our own.

Reception staff really helpful, we arrived early and were able to access our Junior Suite straight away, we were also able to arrange a late checkout too. The hotel is located so close to the main places we wanted to visit. The Suite was great with lovely view and kitchen area and large bathroom with a walk in shower. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of hot and cold choices.

Check in and check out were great, Petr was very helpful from before our trip until the last moment. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Location is almost unbeatable, with everything a few steps away, including the metro and trams.
Being an old building there is a lack of accessibility, with stairs and tight corners, even though a small elevator is available from the reception level to the rooms. Nevertheless the charm makes up for it if you do not have difficulty with carrying your luggage up and down the entrance stairs.
