Location was great, it was very close to the center. Apartment was also clean and they provided a fan as it can get quite warm in the summer.

Parking is quite a distance from the actual property stay It’s like 20mins drive and 15mins walk The staff did not highlight it was a different place to the property when we booked the car park And we spent quite a time searching for a car park in such hectic traffic area And the staff did not respond to our messages in prompt and nor booked the car park space for us even we had paid already But luckily the management of the car park did help us solve the issue For my type of room wise The sofa bed is just located right beside the big bin Which is quite an uncomfortable sleep for the nights

When I made the reservation I was required to give information regarding home address, etc but the website was faulty. I gave all the information required via Chat and received a message that I had been successful and a code for the door would be sent to me prior to arrival. This did not happen. I phoned the Reception just before we arrived and was told by a very unfriendly person that they did not have any record of my information and to go to Reception when we arrived. She also told me we would be staying at the Golden Angel. We took a taxi to Reception where a very pleasant and helpful young man confirmed we were staying at 10 Charatova not the Golden Angel and gave me the door code. He asked for no further information and wished us a happy stay. The lift stopped between floors several times while we were there so decided to leave a day early as we had to leave the apartment at 4.30am on Saturday and did not want to take the risk of being stuck in the lift. I phoned the Reception on Friday but nothing could be done until Monday.

It was very clean, i did not find any hair or garbage, or dust. it was very comfortable. Also in apartment was everything i needed- hairdryer, fridge, some kitchen tools. Also clean towels. Comfortable bad, good TV with alot of channels.

No smoking balcony or terracce. If You smoke- You need to go downstairs with elevator and go out from staircase. Also there is 1 password for Staircase door and aparment door. To make life more safe- it is better to make different codes for Staircase and apartment.

Cheap for the location

The lift is tiny, didn't make it to the top floor and was very loud every night disrupting sleep. Building is a bit grim. Bed was like a rock Key code wasn't ready before arrival, meaning I had to contact someone to get into the building/room.

Good location and just a short walk to the Old Town Hall.

Sound insulation could be better. I could clearly hear people walking up and down the stairs. It was not easy to find the door to the building.

The property was really nice and comfortable and has a plus of having a small kitchen. Also the location is really good in the middle of the center

The only thing that was a little uncomfortable is that the windows aren’t seal so you can hear a lot of noise from the street

The location was perfect and the apartment was clean with plenty of space. There is a supermarket/shopping centre across the road which was handy.

It was so noisy. The room below us were so loud at night, talking and playing loud music, and there was also some construction work near by, which started so early in the morning. The street was also loud at night with people sitting outside shouting and playing music.

The location was great. So close to the main square and the metro. The apartment was huge, even bigger than the photos. Very comfortable and stylish

The check in was a nightmare. Very difficult to find and once we got there the code didn’t work. We walked another 10 minutes to find the reception which is entirely separate. The receptionist wasn’t apologetic at all and gave us a backup code. Once we got back to the apartment, the original code worked. So that clearly meant that they hadn’t activated it online. Quite irritating

Right near the town centre, good sized apartment and facilities!

Super difficult to locate. It is hidden down a alley way where the is no signage. I called the hotline for assistance asking for directions, our entry code and room number as nothing had been emailed to us. It took about 20-30 mins to locate the apartment in which the lady had no idea where it was. She also kept telling me to “just wait” when asking questions. The shower head is very low, not good for tall people.

I can hear everything that is happening in the rooms near, there is no privacy almost. myself and my brother had to hear intimate behaviour every night and morning l. it’s really not quite and not comfortable to be in a place like this unfortunately I couldn’t cancel my reservation as it’s not refundable also the reception isn’t near, they gave us incorrect code for the door they never answered the phone as well when we tried to call. the room is small the room I’ve booked was in front of the Kafka statue the one we received was on buildings I felt like in a can of tuna

when I just arrive ; I found out that I have to go to another location that I didn’t expect some one from the building told me ; so I went that then I back again after that : I saw the apartment and the elevator wasn’t work good and stoped any times and was scared us than some people helped us , thanks god . the elevator wouldn’t go until the end of the building we would walk into one level up to reach our room that wasn’t like the pictures
