We had a great stay in this large, clean and quiet apartment, in a super nice neighborhood. Communication with Adrien was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Updated, clean and spacious apartment for a small grup, close to Arts et Métiers Metro stop with neighborhood cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, and Boulangeries around the corner. Adrian was very nice to let us in before 3:00pm, Thanks again for everything, Adrian!

Adrien was wonderful from the time of booking. Communication was frequent. We were able to check in earlier in the day since it was available. Even though we got stuck in customs and Paris traffic longer than expected, there was some flexibility with the key turnover. The place was very clean and spacious. A giant shelf in the hall closet was cleared so we could use it. Two full bathrooms was a hard find but worked out well for our two families of 3 people. We began off our days with a wonderful espresso provided. The location was perfect! Various metro stations were very close by. A small grocery store and two bakeries a short walk. Restaurants options were numerous. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. The only thing is that we happened to visit during a very hot July week. While opening the windows helped to cool a bit a night, I did by a mini fan as it still got very hot overnight. I had read this in other reviews before booking. I would definitely stay again! Adrien's property was fabulous especially the kitchen and open plan living and dining room. Close to metro stations and walking distance to attractions such as Louvre. We spent Christmas which was an amazing time.

Adrian was very communicative and flexible with our check in time as we were arriving late. The apartment was spacious and perfectly located for our needs. Highly recommended.

Great property and adrien was very accommodating by letting us do a late check out. Only thing i would say it does need some portable fans in the hot weather.

Brilliant location. Spacious apartment. But it's the owners current home and their stuff was everywhere - not a single shelf or place to hang any clothes; even the shelf in the shower was full of their shower gel etc. Big issue with the drains - 1 toilet blocked after a day which we fixed with plunger and fluid they had there. Shower also was blocked by the end of our 4 days. Bed side lights not working.

The apartment is fantastic, clean, provided with all the comforts. Very easy the check in moment. It s next to the metro. Well located to visit Paris. Le Marais is full of stores, cafes and restaurants. Very close to the apartment the Centre Pompidou. I really recommend to spend days and time in this apartment
