Welcome to Bayview Haven! You are going to love this home. It is huge, with a wonderful open space and an amazing view! It has 5 Bedrooms and a Loft. Each with their own private full bath. This would be an amazing house for a couples getaway because each bedroom has its own bath. Bring your family, bring your friends, this home sleeps up to 19 people. You are going to enjoy the unobstructed views of the Laguna Madre from your front balcony. If you are into windsports or kayaking, you can put in at the end of the road. Plus, You also get a one car garage to store your equipment. If you are here during the summer, you can also view the Bayside fireworks from the comfort of your own balcony! The views are fantastic! Bayview Haven is located on a quiet residential street on the bayside of the island. Escape the hectic beach and entertainment areas of the island and stay at Bayview Haven. The Beach is just a short walk away. Here, you will be able to relax. You get a King size bed in the primary suite as well as a sleeper sofa. There is a second bedroom with a king size bed too. The three other bedrooms each have a queen. In the loft you have three twin beds and a sleeper sofa. The living room also has a sleeper sofa. This house has a beautiful Kitchen with a long dining room table. The kitchen is open to the huge lofted living room, with 3 sofas for relaxing. On the lower level by the two bedrooms you will find a kitchenette that will lead you outside to the back patio. Your group will have lots of space for everyone to enjoy themselves without being on top of each other. Please note, this home will require an additional $1000 refundable security deposit. Nearby activities include: Golf, Water Park (seasonal), Surf Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Boating, Canoeing, Kayaking, Hiking, Fitness Center, Miniature Golf, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Museums, Beachcombing, Horseback Riding, Nightlife, and many, many, restaurants. The house was awesome we had space and the rooms was nice and clean. We had the most beautiful view day and night! Wasn't far from the beach or bars. Was enough space to park our cars and golf carts we rented.

This place was AMAZING! Photos do not do it justice.
One of the air conditioners went out while we were staying, but we were contacted by the property managers and things were fixed right away. There was no inconvenience to us at all.
I highly recommend staying here!!

This is a nice property, in a decent location. Unfortunately, the post-rental interactions were less than ideal. We believe we left the house in perfect condition - exactly the same as when we arrived. Yet it took nearly 3 weeks to hear anything about the refund of our deposit.
When we finally did receive the refund, over $90 had inexplicably been deducted. There was no explanation of any kind, just a reduced amount.
It took several calls to get the explanation that "a lamp was broken" - with no further details. It took another 2 weeks to get a TINY photo of a broken lamp and an invoice, but no other information at all was provided. So we can't determine where the lamp was, to try to reconstruct what happened. There were only 6 of us, and nobody remembers breaking a lamp.
Was the lamp broken by our party? I honestly don't know, and "Rent on Padre" really isn't helping much, providing only the bare minimum information, and only after multiple requests. It has all the hallmarks of a scam to me. So with that said, VRBO offers rental insurance when you book. I highly recommend buying it.

First of all Padra was great.The house we had to clean before we could settle in.1)Rotten apple under the bed.2)A car jack holding up the bed3) washer and dryer did not work.4)oven did not operate for 2 days (they had to come out and flip the breaker)5)The home smelled of mildew.After all of this management was very receptive and tried to make sure that everything was handled that was not working. I feel that the owner has neglected the home for needed repairs and furniture that it is so desperately needed.

This property is fantastic, there was so much room for everyone, we never felt like we were stuck in each other's space! The house was clean and well kept, instructions weren't hard to follow to keep the house in order for the security deposit, and they had most everything we needed. I would advise you to take your own coffee machine if you're a coffee drinker, there was one there but it didn't work too well, otherwise, everything was in tip-top shape! My family and I had a wonderful time there and made many new memories, this is a great place to book, do it, you won't regret it!! Melissa was helpful and always just a phone call away, the location is great, not too far from the shopping scene and close enough to the party scene and night life of Padre if that's your thing. It's in a quiet neighborhood where you'll definitely feel safe staying in with your family!!

What a great bay view! We had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. That is important in a place this big with so many people. The neighbors were quiet. We liked that because we didn't have to worry about crazy people keeping us up at night. It was sooooo clean. There is a barbeque food truck that we ate at a couple times. I think it was called Porky's pit. It was right on the corner of the main street Padre Blvd beside the bar that is there. The house is beautiful, the yard too. I can't wait to come back next year

This house was AMAZING! First time on a family vacation where we didn't trip over the other family members. Each Bedroom had their own bath. It was nice because we didn't have to share with everyone and wait for the bathroom. Lots of driveway space for all our cars. Great view. Nice neighbors. We loved that the neighborhood was real quiet. It made for better sleeping. Wonderful stay! We will be back.

This house was more than we expected. We loved that everyone had their own bedroom with bathroom. It was on a quiet street with nice neighbors. We spent a lot of time on the front deck looking out over the bay. Be sure to check when fireworks are on the bay because you can see them from the front balcony.

Beds were comfy, very spacious, not for young group, funny smell when you go in, water was shut off on our second day and did not come on till the next morning( could not shower) not good for a day on the beach, wasn't able to finish cooking food due to no water. This was my first vacation rental and didn't know what to expect so I will say this make sure you check the home for previous broken items so you wont be blamed! I will definitely rent from the management company just not this home.

I would rent from them again, just a different house. The house had a sewage odor on the bottom level, and the first few to take a shower anywhere in the house had to deal with that smell while showering. The 2 chairs separate from the table on the patio were broken. Glad we discovered that while they were leaving us against the house so no one fell! I feel like those should be removed. The kitchen table and chairs had a sticky substance on them. We had to put towels down in order for us not to stick to the chairs. Overall the house just felt dirty. The washer was coin operated, which I found silly. It was $1 to do one load. Beds were comfortable, house had views of the bay from the patio, and was in a god location. There are way to many options on the island, I would not stay here again!

This home is very nice, you can't go wrong with this house. We had a large Family of 13 and we all fit easily! The one problem we had was fighting over the Master bedroom :-) This was the first time we rented on the Bay Side and will definitely do it again, it's so much easier to get in and out on the main road. This place is a 5 star and 10 out of 10.

This is a beautiful house, everything was perfect it's fully stocked if you have a large group going to the beach. The house is on the Bayside, but it's totally worth it it's much better than staying on the beach side. The location is excellent. This place is hard to beat

Huge place, everything worked. Great response and interaction with property management company. Since it's across the main road from the beach we loaded up the truck early every morning and parked it at the beach entrance then walked back and forth. Great view of fireworks on Thursday.
