Enkelt å greit hotell med fin beliggenhet.

Sentralt, godt med parkering i nærheten, lett å finne fram.

Det burde vært kjøleskap på rommet.

Fint hotell med bra beliggenhet.

Romslig rom, god seng og flott personalet.

Det kunne med fordel vært et mini-kjøleskap på rommet.

Centraal geleden, ruime schone kamers, maar eigenlijk het geld niet waard.

Zeer ruime kamers (daar is de prijs ook naar), comfortable bedden en een handig zitje. Locatie is prettig, je loopt zo het centrum in.

Voor deze prijs zou je wat meer verwachten qua ontbijt dan een voorverpakte broodjes in een papieren zak, die je zelf uit de koelkast moet pakken. Begrijp dat dit het handigste systeem is met betrekkelijk weinig kamers, maar het past niet bij de prijs.

Parking, we pay for two days over 700 kr. Cheapest and closest parking was closed and stuff didn’t tell us or they didn’t knew.

Hotel more for business

Nice location, spacious room, clean

Nothing out of the ordinary, during our visit we almost didn’t see the staff except during breakfast.

Easy, comfortable, simple but with a few missing links.

I really liked the big room and bathroom. Easy to access the key.

One if the curtains were broken and the door to the outside deck made a lot of noise when someone went through it. It actually shook the walls and made a lot of noise. I would have liked a fridge in the room and a hair dryer.

Awful. Avoid!

It is not a real hotel. The hotel rooms are within a large concert and meeting complex. No reception. No marking where the hotel Is. No service. Really bad beds and the worst breakfast I have ever had a hotel.

Comfortable and spacious rooms in Kristiansand

Very spacious rooms, elevator access and right by a bus stop. Easy check in via a phone application.

No luggage storage, however the front desk person kindly helped me to find a solution.

Exceptional

The place is big, very clean , feels brand new, very quiet and can get pitch black if you want. Easy check in process.

Only stayed for one night, so no complaints for a short stay.

Very good

New facility with modern design, spacious room. Staff available via phone and very helpful and forthcoming. (also the ones we met on the property). We failed to notice that we booked for 2 instead of 3 people, but the guy quickly helped us organize everything although it was already after midnight. Thank you very much for that!

It is a pity that the breakfast option was only to go.

Took an hour to check ourselves in - insist on a physical key on arrival - good luck with that !!!

It was a very good room

the check-in was a complete joke !!! I requested a physical key and was told by email the day before that I had to download some app and use this to open everything. So it took half an hour to open the garage to park the car in our assigned bay which was occupied !!! We then had to walk 2 blocks to the hotel with little signs and try to open the door using the app again. ditto to get in the lift and onto outr floor and into our room - not the easiest start for us - all very stressful and a complete waste of an hour. And no reception and wherever it actually is - only a person there for a few hours on week days only !!!!

Comfortable and pleasant

Huge room with a nice comfy bed, big bathroom too and a balcony. The location was ok, easy to reach city center and close to aquarama and shoreline.

Great place, admin a little messy

The self check in process was easy (once we reminded them to provide us with instructions), the room was almost an appartment, very clean, kettle with tea and coffee, huge bathroom.

I reveived mid February (for a booking end of March) an email from the property saying we needed to download their app in order to self check in, but as I don't have wifi included on my phone, I contacted them and requested a physical key. I got a reply that they took note and would send me the code the morning of our arrival. The day came and nothing. So I emailed them again to remind them and ask them for the instructions. To be fair, they got back to me quickly with such codes. Also we were advised after having booked the room for 2 nights with breakfasts included that they no longer provided the breakfast except for during summer season. So I enquired how we would get the money back and they replied they would only charge for the room and Booking.com was in charge to refund us the breakfast. I sent a query to Booking.com, they said they would get back to me within 24 hours but they didn't. We called CS and were advised they were expecting the confirmation from the property in order to refund us... so while they are blaming each other, nothing is being done...

really clean, huge room, very quiet, great breakfast picnic, 5 mins walk to the centre, self check in super quick and easy.

Good value for money, super location

Very central location. Secret parking. Dogs allowed. Park nearby. Restaurants nearby. Room spacious and comfortable. Nice big bathroom. The breakfast was so we could take it with us.

Only one channel on TV. And remote did not work. Bed was a little soft. Was missing a bath mat.

Modern hotel in the city centre

Elegant and modern hotel in the city centre. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Parking available at additional charge. Breakfast prepared to go, so perfect for onward travellers. Ferry terminal nearby.

Literally, the only thing I expect when staying in a hotel is a clean room, and this room was far from clean. There was trash on the floor, a thick layer of dust on anything above shoulder height, white stains on the sofa and the end of bed bench, crumbs in the bed, and several different types of stains on the bathroom walls.
