Choose to get a good night’s sleep in one king bedroom on the main level with a private primary bathroom, one bedroom upstairs with two queens with private bath, one bedroom upstairs with two full size beds with private bath, a futon in the common area upstairs, a bedroom ground level with two twins and a queen bedroom ground level with a full size bathroom on the same level. The living room contains a flat-screen television, plenty of seating, and a sliding door that provides deck access. Enjoy cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, including both small and large appliances to make cooking a breeze. Dine as a group at the eight-person table, with additional seating at the counter. Practice your pool shot on the billiards table in the spacious game room. Carpe Beachem is conveniently located a block and a half away from the beach and a quick walk to the shops, restaurants, and Pier on Tybee. Includes: -1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Fulls, 2 Twins, Futon Bed - Wi-Fi - Walking distance to beach, shops, and pier - Outdoor shower on left side of the house - Spacious decks - Game room with pool table - Washer/Dryer - Off street parking for a maximum of 6 cars No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters. This was the perfect place for a holiday weekend. The house was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked and the house is perfectly located. We would definately stay again. Our family, 8 of us, had plenty of room and everyone had a wonderful time. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach.

This was a perfect property for our Hand and Foot card group. There were 8 of us and we loved that each one of us had our own bed to sleep in. At our age we do not like to have to share a bed. The property was clean; the kitchen was large and well equipped for all our needs. (The stove light was out and needs to be replaced.) The property was within walking distance to the grocery store. I highly recommend this propertyy!!!

The beds and box springs on at least 2 of the beds needs fully replaced as the box springs were literally BROKEN!! 2 showers need attention as they dont fully go on shower and the tub on one of the double rooms upstairs leak on the floor after each shower. Just needs a little maintenance. But the home was beautiful otherwise!!

We had an amazing stay. The house was an all around great place. Location was good and walk to beach was short and easy. Two dishwashers has me rethinking my own kitchen. I have nothing negative to say!!

The house is exactly as described! I had a Tybee island wedding and this house was able to accommodate everyone with plenty of privacy. The beds were extremely comfortable. The two kitchens made bringing extra drinks for the beach a breeze. There is a grocery store two blocks down for anything you may need. The only downside… there is an elevator on the back deck that would have been nice to be able to use when bringing in luggage and supplies but there was no key. This house definitely made our wedding at Tybee an enjoyable one. Definitely book this house if you have a large family get together. Oh, one more thing for the coffee drinkers… there is a keurig and a drip coffee pot.

Eight friends for decades gathered at Tybee for fun in the sun and that is what we did! The house was perfect, well appointed and spacious. Location was great for beach access and neighborhood strolls. We didn’ want to leave!

We had a number of families stay for a long weekend. The house was great; big spacious rooms, big kitchen, multiple microwaves and fridge/freezer space, large outdoor patio with seating and room to sleep a large group. The location is perfect just 1.5 blocks from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, bars and thebTybee Pier. We would def. Recommend the house and stay there again.

We were a group of two families spending a long weekend in Tybee Island. The home we stayed in was Amazing! It fit 11 of us perfectly with so much room to spare! It was great to have everything needed to prepare meals when we were not out exploring this great little town! Savannah was a short drive away and everything we needed was with within walking distance or a short drive away! We rented golf carts to make our way around more fun! We would love to come back in the summertime when it is warm & sunny! We highly recommend staying at Carpe Beachem House!! 5 ⭐️’s!!

This house was perfect for our family of 11. The kitchen haD everything we needed to cook and the two dishwashers and sinks was such a bonus! The rooms were very spacious and the beds slept great! I was mostly impressed with how clean and updated the property was!!! I would absolutely stay here again!!!

However, for Seniors with mobility issues be aware that this is a 3 level house If none then I strongly recommend this property .

The home was exactly as it was shown in the pictures and was about a 5 minute walk from the beach. Everything was wonderful and went smoothly except a very minor issue with our door code at checking that was resolved very quickly. My only complaint is that the house had very limited basic amenities: no aluminium foil or plastic wrap, very minimal cleaning supplies, no extra garbage bags, paper towels, or toilet paper. We had to go purchase many of these items which was inconvenient, but did not take much away from an overall great trip.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family to come together for a long weekend at the beach. We got great use out of the outdoor shower and had tons of fun around the pool table! It was the perfect distance to the beach with little kids and also close to most shops on the island! We loved every minute!

Exactly as presented. Great configuration of beds on 3 stories--perfect arrangement for grandparents, a family of four , and a family of five. Large kitchen with two dishwashers, great AC, walk to the beach and the grocery store. Plenty to see in the area. Had a great time together.

We came to Tybee for our sons wedding. It’s about a 30-40 minute drive into Savannaha but it’s beautiful on Tybee and it was worth it to me! We traveled with 10 adults, there was tons of room, we never felt crowded. The kitchen is fabulous, we made a few meals in the house. There are some places to eat on Tybee and a small grocery store.
