Located in a beautiful house just one lot away from the beach, this remodeled top-level condo has great beach accents, a wonderful deck, and two bedrooms and bathrooms that sleep eight happy guests. There’s even a crow’s nest with wonderful panoramic views of the area! The kids will have fun outside on the deck swings while you cook up a delicious meal for everyone inside in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and lovely wood touches. Eat outside or at the expandable table inside. Spend time in the living room, enjoying the flatscreen TV and free WiFi! And make sure to take note of the sofa sleeper; between this and the other two bedrooms, this condo sleeps eight guests. Claim the huge main bedroom for your own, relaxing in the king-size bed and reveling in your very own comfy chair and private bathroom, or grab the other bedroom with two queen-size beds and a flatscreen TV. While this room doesn’t have its own bathroom, there is a second bathroom nearby in the hall. Whether you want to rent this condo alone or also claim the condo downstairs for larger groups, this great home is the new getaway of your dreams! We’re excited to inform you that this condo utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Dust bunnies throughout the house. Master bath sink was clogged and kept backing up. Network i.d. and password for wifi given in welcome email was by far incorrect. Management company had no idea what the correct info was. My husband looked at the back of the internet box located in the bedroom and that worked. ID and password on the internet box was completely different from what was sent in email. We hooked up Roku to the t.v but it kept kicking us out so we couldn't watch Extraction 2 on netflix. The t.v. is old and the usb ports were just not holding to allow us to use the Roku successfully. Washer and dryer was listed as an amenity but was not found anywhere in the house. The email gave no info about where that was located. My husband found it in a locked room outside off the kitchen. Communication for the location would have been nice. It was so old and rusted though. Lastly, this property advertises space for 6 people. We had a total of two wash cloths. WTH! We were two adults and two teenagers. Each needed our own wash clothes. I will never ever rent vacasa anything ever again and maybe not even VRBO after this.

The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is the showers have 0-ZERO pressure. I have thick curly hair, so it made it very hard to get it clean. Other than that, it was a very homey atmosphere and it’s proximity to beach, food and excursions was super convenient. The use of the washer/dryer was very helpful. Area was quiet and the house stayed nice and cool. Would highly recommend (even with the shower issues)!

Great stay! Kitchen was loaded with literally everything! Master bedroom was large with plenty of storage. Bed spread was stained and should be changed but other than that everything was perfect!

The home was well maintained and updated. as close to the beach as you can get with a house. Quite, peaceful neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable that my wife and I are looking at getting the same one we slept on. Checking in and out was a breeze. You can tell the homeowners and Vacasa really care for this place. Would love to stay here every time I'm down in South Padre.

Check-in was great! We had the upstairs. The next day a couple of girls show up from just checking in downstairs saying they were going to have a “birthday party” and I should just text if the music is too loud. Well it must have been a rager. Partying didn’t stop until 5:30am. Next day I called the Vacasa number when I see them packing the booze in for round 2. They were on it... came and evicted them on the spot. From then on everything was smooth and relaxing. Thank you for taking care of our problem. Very pleased!!

We decided on the south padre vacation last minute. We got this house for a really good price. Our 18 month old twins had plenty of space to run around. The location is really convenient for walking to the beach. There are so many restaurants closeby, we could walk to get breakfast. Would definitely recommend this house to our friends.

If you stay in the upstairs unit, you have an excellent view of the beach across the street. Property is beautifully decorated and very clean. Couldn't have asked for anything more, except perhaps a corkscrew for our wine. Mid way though the island, it's close to everything. Very relaxing vacation!
