The apartment is on the 2me etage with a difficult staircase access. The apartment is advertised as equipped with a washing machine. However, there is no washing machine and only one concierge laundry is allowed.
Not likely to use this apartment again despite its good location.

Great location and clean apartment. The loft bed proved a bit of a challenge for two 50 year olds, but we managed. As it was, it turned out to be a perfect landing spot for our first two nights in Paris before heading to the Strasbourg Christmas Markets. Really appreciated the Nespresso machine and hot shower! Thanks for hosting us!

This place exceeded our expectations. The location was unbeatable and the flat itself was tastefully decorated. The area felt very safe and accommodating. Love that the restroom had a window to open for ventilation. It would probably not be very comfortable to have more than 2 adults at a time, and the stairs to the loft do pose a bit of an accessibility risk for those who have trouble getting around, but we absolutely loved this stay. 11 out of 10 stars.

Michelle and the property manager, Susan, were both very responsive and wonderful. The apartment is small but super cute, clean and in a great location. It previously had laundry but that changed since my booking and Susan went out of her way to help me get my laundry sorted out so I wouldn't have to take time away from my trip. It was so kind and above and beyond!
Some of the neighbors are a little loud at night but if you're wandering Paris all day you'll probably be too tired to notice!

Our family of three stayed for a week at Michelle’s studio. The studio was well equipped for a budget friendly stay and we had everything we needed. The location was conveniently nearby several shops, cafes, metros and iconic locations.

We had a wonderful week in Michelle’s studio. We are both around 70 and found the stairs a challenge, but being so close to everything is such a bonus. Restaurants, boulangeries, bus stops, Metro all on your doorstep makes a Paris adventure so much easier. Be prepared for some noise from the life outside and others coming home to their studio after a day in Paris. No aircon, but that is Paris.

We had a wonderful time in Paris and this little apartment was perfectly located! Metro stop up the street and the accommodations were great for the two of us. The host was wonderful. The only downside was that the washer was not functioning.

Our family of 4 (two adults and two teens) stayed here at the start of our European vacation and it was perfect. While small, it met our needs just fine which were very minimal. Basically we were looking for a place that provided a nice central spot to venture out and see Paris from and shower/sleep and it met those needs perfectly. Word to the wise, it is small, but that is how it is listed in the description and we were fully expecting it. The location was fantastic and close to some wonderful local eateries, which we visited every night. During the day, we would jump on the metro station that was extremely close by(5 min or less) and see the sights. At the end of our trip we needed to catch a train at Gare de Lyon to go to Venice and that was very easy as well.
The only negative I can see for this property was that it is in a vibrant section of town and the local sounds and nearby restaurants carried well into 01:00 in the morning, but as tired as we were it didn't really bother us, but I can see if you are a light sleeper, it may be an issue.
Michelle and Susan provided excellent communication before, during, and after our stay and really went above and beyond for our trip. Michelle provided fantastic directions and suggestions on how to access the property and also how to reach the train station for the end of our trip.
The property was clean, well kept, and provided the basic necessities needed for our trip and we were very happy with it overall.

This micro apartment was in a perfect location for our brief Paris stay of 3 days. The owner was very accommodating with our luggage on our last day. The washer was broken and it would have helped us plan to know that ahead of our arrival but we managed. This apartment is super convenient to the metro and in a great neighborhood! We highly recommend!

We stayed for two nights. Great location within waking distance to all the sights of Paris as well as the train stations. Bed was comfortable and it was very clean. Would highly recommend!

The location couldn’t have been better. A real French neighborhood with a great vibe, great restaurants and lots to see and do. We stayed in Paris for 3 days before another couple of weeks in Europe so having 2 suitcases going up very narrow stairs was challenging. The loft bed was also up a narrow set of stairs that also made it somewhat challenging for even a fit senior couple. The busy and noisy neighborhood also made getting a restful sleep difficult even with high activity days.

Great experience in this small studio in a great area of Paris. Very safe, great restaurants all very close. Short walk to the metro and rail stations.

Easy access to the metro while still in easy walking distance to everything near the Latin Quarter. Restaurants downstairs are great and a market just down the street. In the evenings you can open your window to hear a clarinet sing La Vie En Rose for you. Host is very helpful and even gave me a tour of the place and was available for any questions (which I didn’t have). I plan to stay here for every trip to Paris in the future.

Great spot to see Paris on foot, many of its well known sites conveniently located within a 30-40 walk. Area abounds with cafes, restaurants, cinemas.
The studio is very small located on the second floor up a climb of narrow stairs. Difficult to negotiate with large suitcases.
Studio overall looking very ‘tired’ needs to be updated……floors and carpets dirty, no bottle of wine (as indicated in photos), curtain hanging off curtain rail, washing machine not working, shower cubicle grubby.
Would look elsewhere on my next visit to Paris.

After communication with the manager regarding when our train would arrive, I was sent an itinerary with check in information. The manager had chosen a time shortly after my train arrived, but failed to take into account that I am not French and not familiar with the language, transportation, city, and etc. Since this property does not have a contactless entry method, we had to coordinate with someone—not the local property manager, but the manager’s friend. When we arrived about an hour after the time that they had selected for my check-in, the lady was unhappy with our lateness (sorry, I didn’t want to be late either but I’m trying my hardest!). All time spent in the studio after that was great, check out was contactless, easy-least. Although the studio is small, it is accurate to the listing, clean, and the kitchenette area had dishes to cook with and a coffee maker. The bathroom was clean and with nice hot water. The stairs up to the loft area with the bed were on the skinny side, but it can only be expected from a building of that age. No issues with the studio being too hot or cold (mid-end of September). The location was close to restaurants, a metro station, and more. Studio itself was great, but check in could have been better!

I cannot recommend this adorable Paris apartment enough! The location was absolutely perfect; walkable to many sights. My family of four was comfortable in the space and really appreciated the ability to use the kitchen and laundry. Best of all, communication with Michelle and local contact, Karen, was seamless and incredibly responsive. I definitely recommend this property for your Paris stay!

Although tiny, Michelle’s place had everything we needed. I stayed there with my two children (ages 10 & 12), and we all loved the neighbourhood and proximity to the metro. I would have liked a few more kitchen utensils (knives for preparing food) and another shelf or place in the bathroom to put toiletries, but birthed if those things would deter me from renting again. The host was very responsive and we were personally greeted by someone who showed us the place and answered any questions we had.
I hope my travels bring me back to Paris so we can stay there again!!

Tiny but great location
We needed a place suitable for myself, my husband, and our college student son. We had decided to stay part of the time on the right bank, part of it on the left. This was a great place for our left bank experience. It took a little time to find the right boulangerie and charcuterie to shop for provisions, but there are several cafes right on the corner. Easy walk to Rues Mazarine and Buci on the other side of Gt. Germaine, where you can find a lively scene. Also just a couple minutes walk from Jardin du Luxembourg. Not for people who are not physically fit - you need to climb into the loft to sleep. The other bed is a pull-out sofa, which takes up most of the living space when pulled out. The apartment was definitely cramped for three, but it worked fine for a short stay. The free international land-line calls were a blessing when I lost my credit card!

Cute but small
This would be a great property if you were traveling alone or with one other person. It does not sleep 4 people comfortably. Once the pullout sofa is out, there is no room to walk or room to place luggage. Also, location is great if you plan on staying out most of the night. It’s next to lots of restaurants and shops but because of the location, it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. They were people talking, laughing and yelling right outside the window until 3 AM every morning. There is also a bar right next-door which probably contributed to the noise as well. We would have loved to have slept with the windows open but could not because of the noise. The apartment was very stuffy especially for those sleeping in the loft.

We were in Paris for 10 days - the perfect amount of time to see the sites, visit the museums, try out our few French words and phrases, and immerse ourselves into the Paris' "joie de vivre." Paris did not disappoint - we had a marvelous time.
Communication with the owner and apartment attendent was excellent.
The apartment is in the perfect location, the center of the left bank (6th arrondissement) and many day and night time activities. It is right by a Metro station and taxi stand and has many amenities (see list in posting). The washer/dryer combination was especially handy. There is a two level staircase walkup which can be challenging after a busy day on foot, but I (age 68) managed quite well.
I highly recomment this apartment, and Paris, of course!

Paris did not disappoint - we had a marvelous time.
