Well designed Studio. All modern with European comforts in a quiet neighborhood. Well set up and located for business travelers. The desk has a printer & super fast WiFi & Ethernet. Good place to stay if you're in town for business. OR pleasure! 5 minutes walk to Historic Downtown (in walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, & NAU) The Studio shares a wall with the Haus unit on the other side of the building. The two units are completely separate, but it's like an apartment, and guests are asked to be respectful of their neighbors. • Queen bed with 2 European down comforters and down pillows. • Super fast Internet 1000/50 Mbps / WiFi mesh auto 2.4/5GHZ and Ethernet. • 50” swivel wall-mounted TV, with streaming NetFlix, HBO, Prime, Hulu, Pandora, & major TV networks. • LED color lighting, with programmed "scenes integrated in home automation system. Just touch to use, or you can use our app or Alexa for control. • Touch keypad lock. • USB charger outlets for SmartPhones & iPads • Kitchenette for light cooking only: electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, induction cooktop, small fridge, microwave - (you'll want to walk the 2 blocks downtown for fab food in the many eateries!) • Bathroom with walk-in shower with rain & hand-held showers, heated towel rack, and even a bidet! • Washer & Dryer available. Iron & board in closet. • Off-street parking, about 10 feet from the entrance. • EV Level 2 charger • NO smoking • NO pets • The Studio is an allergy-free Zone - as much as we can make it one!

Was just me one night and myself and daughter the next and it was perfect for 1-2 people. Can walk downtown easily. Fun technology with all the auto lights, towel warmer, bidet and more. I didn’t even try it all but still looked cool!

The property was lovely and in a great location to walk downtown. We used it as a home base to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona.

This was a very quiet location, convenient to downtown (a short walk, or very short drive if you have mobility issues). The house is up a hill on the east side of downtown. Liked the decor. Took a little work to figure out all the tech features (we are both in IT, so this was more about remembering the precise Alexa commands for turning on lights and such) but they were fun to play with.
Hosts were very communicative and instructions were clear. Check-in and check-out were simple and went flawlessly. Had no reason to contact them but we had no doubt they would have been responsive if needed.
Only quibble was that the duvets were very warm and it might have been nice to have a different option. What felt like a cool temperature in the evening proved to be too hot under the duvets at night! But that was the only "negative" thing and frankly we could have solved it just by having it cooler than we did at night.
Overall, it's a place we'd certainly go back to.

Techy and Cozy
I stayed at the cherry studio for multiple purposes, I needed to present a test at NAU and also wanted to hit the slopes at Snowbowl with my girlfriend. The studio was very excellent for us as a couple, it is a very techy place, you can control almost everything from alexa or the app provided by the owners on your cellphone. High speed internet was provided with no issues at all. Kitchenette was enough for us to be able to make a quick breakfast and prepare a couple of sandwiches for our day at Snowbowl ski resort. Location is great, we walked to downtown and had dinner and it was only a couple of blocks away.

Excellent unit
The property was exactly as advertised, very cute and clean. We would love to stay again in warmer weather so we could just walk downtown and enjoy those locations. It was about 10 degrees during our trip. I would highly recommend this for two people looking to enjoy a two or three day weekend in the area.

Great, clean, high tech studio
This studio was incredible! My boyfriend and stayed in flagstaff to go to the Grand Canyon and ski at the snow bowl, and it was perfect for a couples retreat! It was clean, had easy access to laundry, was high tech without being confusing (a highlight was the heated toilet seat and heated towel rack), the walk to downtown is less than half a mile, and the owners were super sweet and responsive if I ever needed something! Will definitely plan to stay here again next time I’m in flagstaff.

Cherry Hill Studio so Sweet!
The studio is a beautiful modern design and appointed with magical lighting and electronic features. The appliances are upscale as are the bathroom facilities. There was a guest in the Cherry Hill Haus next to us but we didn’t hear a sound. Location is ideal to old town Flagstaff. We are going to recommend it to other family and friends.

Great location!
We really enjoyed staying here! It is within walking distance of downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries we had. The place was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. You can tell there has been a lot of planning to make everyone's stay comfortable.
My only complaint is that the wall that is shared with the other side of the house are thin. If you have loud housemates (as we did for two nights) then you can hear everything they are saying. It felt like they were in the same room as us. Also, if the housemates in the attached rental are cooking, be prepared to smell it as well. Fortunately for us it smelled great!

Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Modern. Everything we needed for our 10 day stay in Flagstaff. Great location. Short walk into town and easy access to the roads leading to wherever else we wanted to explore.

This property is decorated so nicely and the owners obviously took great care in selecting every luxurious amenity they could (rainfall shower, hot plate, Alexa controls, AC, big tv, fluffy duvets, nice lighting, etc.) I loved it all. The only issue I had was with the very noisy neighbors sharing the unit in the other room to rent; the inside wall separating us is thin, and I could hear them very clearly. I wouldn’t have minded at all but they chose to be loud and drunk until 3am… so I had to get earplugs to sleep properly the other nights. The owners were responsive and talked to the other guests and asked them to quiet down. Everything else in the unit was great; just beware if you need a quiet room, this may not be your best option.

Can't go wrong here!
Always a pleasure to stay here, and so convenient to downtown Flag, in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. With Covid a concern, I had complete confidence in how clean and sanitized the place is, with hand sanitizer readily available, and spotless surfaces all around. With blistering fast Wifi and Alexa at your command, this is a high-tech haven of peace and quiet in one of the best towns in America.

Nice quiet street
Lovely stay for our trip. Convenient too. Comfortable bed and plenty of lights and entertainment on the TV. I wasn’t missing my Alexa either ha ha. Only 2 things would have been easier - a pan to make eggs in the morning and a glass lidded dish to reheat a ready meal otherwise well equipped

Gem in Flag
This little studio is perfect for 2 people. Communication was excellent, the space very clean and checkin was seamless. It is a great location in a walkable quiet neighborhood downtown. It had everything we needed to cook simple meals. Just a great happy little space. Highly recommended for a stay in Flagstaff... we rebooked for NAU graduation :)
