Ac, and very clean

I enjoyed the homey feel and easy access to the beach within walking distance. The condo had almost all of cooking utensils and grilling tools. We had our own bathroom in our room. We loved it was walking distance to Kelly's Irish Pub. The hottub is the perfect size and never super busy.

great location, short walk to beach; hosts were very responsive; the rental was very clean and had all the necessary items for our stay with 2 adults and 2 kids; even had a few portable chairs and beach towels - we didn't need them, but had we forgotten ours, it was nice to have them available.

only thing missing was a sponge to wash our dishes, :) Seriously, the condo was well stocked with the necessities, since we made breakfast every morning for young kids.

Clean and cozy... had a good amount of necessities on hand. Nice shower!

Had a little trouble with the keypad entry... The kitchen could use some hot pads and dishcloths...

We encounter maintenance issues that should have been taken care of before our arrival.

The ease and convenience of booking the stay throughout.

Other tenants and/or vacationers did not follow some rules listed to us.

Great location, bright & clean condo, short walk to the beach, pool & hot tub, walk to bars or restaurants, overall good deal. We enjoyed our stay!

The construction/repairs going on was a little challenging to work around at times. Not great water pressure in shower set up. Sand stays in shower. Kitchen could use a few more basic supplies.
