Breakfast was Good. Nice quiet courtyard. good location.

The location was perfect - plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, good access to public transport. The hotel was very quiet and cozy, ideal to relax after an intense day of sightseeing.

We liked everything about the place. The room was very spacious and a nice feel to it. It had everything we required for the first night, but no shower gel was provided for the subsequent nights... Breakfast was plentiful and had a large variety.

Room, breakfast and facilities overall were fantastic. The only small drawback is that there no shower gels provided after the first night and very indifferent staff serving breakfast. This, however, could just be a general German characteristic as opposed to something bad the staff in this place in particular.

The location and surround was great. I enjoyed a lot. The buildings, nice coffee and restaurants near the hotel, market beside Rewe on Saturday morning.

Very bad smoke smell in every room coming from vents. No screens on windows and it was impossible to open windows to get rid of smell as mosquitoes and bugs easily entered the rooms. Bathroom was decent. Showers could benefit from some repairs.

Standard tourist hotel. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Good location close to public transport. We were satisfied and maybe we will come back again.

Nice location, very good breakfast for a really low price, great room size also for very reasonable pricing. Friendly staff. All around a great stay. Will book again.

Very nice hotel which had a nice atmosphere, and perfect location, because in the area you have lots of very good restaurants, night shops, so you can really enjoy your stay in Berlin. Also the place is nicely hidden with a garden, so its a perfect spot for weekend/holidays.

There is NO WIFI, the staff could not answer my request to turn it on/give me a correct password. WIFI is basically not working and no one could help me with that. This is a huge issue, as I came mainly to work and I could not even open my email. ! My question about the WIFI was ignored.

I liked the various options they had available for breakfast and the quiet rooms.

The location was really bad, the hotel was completely isolated in the back of other buildings and it didn’t feel safe at night. The towels provided gave me a bad rash and the room wasn’t that clean. Also the staff is almost never there and they barely speak english. The bathroom was very small and it made weird noises.
