Everything was great. Driveway was steeper and parking area smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but it was in a good location relative to Gatlinburg. It was clean and very nice.

For a property advertised for13 guests, one would expect dining seating for that number. We were a group of 12. There are 5 dining chairs and 4 bar stools. And,the livingroom only seats 6! The dining chairs are falling apart! As in pinch your behind falling apart! Also, the number of forks and spoons was such that we had to supplement with plasticware collected from our travels. They had to be hand washed after each meal. Kitchen rugs were filthy. The large deck with the grill has several dangerous exposed nails and a place near the grill where the wood is rotting and is not secure. Speaking of the grill, I inquired as to the type of grill--propane or charcoal. Charcoal was the response and was not going to be provided. Well ok, we would prepare for that. Upon arrival, we found that it is indeed propane!! Sorry this review is so negative, but the only positive features are that there are 6 bedrooms and a lower level game room. The hot tub was fine.

Very nice house, however after first night hot tub began to have an awful odor. Progressively got worse, scared to get into hot tub last two nights. No chlorine in chlorine holder in hot tub. Didn’t cook at home but bottom of grill was rusted and fell out

The cabin was filthy. It had inches of dust that had never been cleaned and it made it hard for most of us to breathe bc of it. If you moved furniture to look for something you’ll find disgusting old packets of ketchup and hot sauce. There was big cow webs in the corner of the rooms. The TVs didn’t work. The pictures didn’t show how run down the deck was and the nasty hot tub. Overall we all breathed better when we weren’t inside. Gross place.

Broken dirty hot tub, leaking disgusting water from the a/c unit in the ceiling above the living room. BBQ is broken and doesn’t work. Broken recliner, the list goes on...I was told it could take up to 3 weeks to hear back from the management.

Overall we had a great experience at the property - there were a few minor issues but upon calling maintenance was dispatched in a few hours - claimed traffic was the delay but that didnt appear to be our experience. Once they were there it was a matter of figuring a solution which quickly happened and the rest of our vacation was great. We had to call once more for the hot tub not functioning but we think there was a clog we didnt know of and rget repaired while we were out - very professional and wore masks for our safety, per our request. Overall I'd recommend this property- Cons - Steep stairs REALLY STEEP driveway and you have to drive to end of street and circle back to enter otherwise all was good

We enjoyed our stay at the lodge. Living area was smaller than we thought, but worked out. The bedroom with the king bed is very cramped. Really can't even open the closet door. Some items that need attention: kitchen sink is not bolted in. It is just sitting on the pipes underneath the counter. Need proper chopping knives. No knives to cut veggies. Can opener is broken/not working. A proper cork screw with wings would be nice. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Thank you for everything.

Overall the stay at the cabin was great. The house was really clean and really enjoyed the game room downstairs. We had trouble getting the hot tub started and the owners had someone come fix it within the hour. Had a great time on our short weekend stay!

The next door neighbor to the cabin has a dog who barked from dusk to dawn every single night....after paying the full amount before we came we ended up leaving our vacation Early and heading home as we were all miserable from the lack of sleep and couldn’t afford to go anywhere else. The mattress in our bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, words can’t describe it. There was no gas for the gas grill and the charcoal grill was old and had trouble getting it cleaned. The hot tub level was low and we could not Figure out how the circulation pattern so the water would be cold when we wanted to use it. The fireplace pilot light was not lit. The cable had not been activated on the tv’s yet.
