GETTING AROUND There is a bus stop just down the street which will take you everywhere you need to go if you don’t want to drive. You can also rent Boulder B-Cycle bikes (electric too) (just 2 blocks south) THE NEIGHBORHOOD A small enclave just north of downtown (the home sits one mile from the famous Pearl Street Pedestrian Mall), the home is located in the Newlands Neighborhood and is characterized by mid-century modern homes, urban farms, and the distinctive wavy roofline of the Ideal Broadway Shops and Community Plaza Shopping Center. You’ll find yourself right at home among locals here by grabbing a bite to eat, a cup of tea, or browsing a handful of gift shops. There is 1 King (dual Sleep Number mattress) bedroom with ensuite bath, 1 Queen bedroom, and the third bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses & twin sofa pull-out bed. There is also a pack 'n play stored in the kid's room closet if you need a more crib-like bed. Bed rails are also available. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, and automatic blackout Hunter Douglass shades. The house consists of a living area with a flatscreen TV with Netflix/Hulu/ Prime/AppleTV/Paramount+/HBO Max, and high-speed wireless internet using G-Mesh throughout the home. Sonos speakers can also be found throughout the home. The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking meals with All-Clad pots & pans, Crate & Barrel dishware and cutlery, and other gourmet accouterments. The main level where you enter includes the living area, dining room with table seating 8, and FULLY renovated kitchen and powder room.
