The location was brilliant, 3 mins from the central station. It seemed quite a disjointed hotel, and I would have liked a bit more comfort in the rooms, if not a carpet at least a rug. And the hairdryer updating! The breakfast was very plentiful.
The hairdryer definitely. The rooms would be better with a bit more softening, the hard floors were cold in the mornings.

Couldn't have been happier with this property for our Milan stay with a 5 year old. Located a convenient walk from Centrale station, the staff at the front were insurmountably helpful as we had a lot of luggage. Thanks to the team at the front for the help with luggage and booking taxis!
The front desk staff were lovely, a small gift on our arrival for our daughter.
The rooms were surprisingly big for Milan (and Italy in general). The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of areas to sit and spread out.
We'd definitely stay here again on a return visit to Milan. Thanks team!

The location was great, the breakfast was also really good. The additional things like table football etc were also nice touches. It was also absolutely spotless - very clean!
Our only issue was the fold out sofa our son had to sleep on. It was very hard and there was a gap that kept getting bigger all across the bed near his pillows. This meant he was not very comfy at night and we had to keep pushing his bed together. A padded cover to go over the open sofa would probably make a big difference.
