Position ok.
There were no bedsheets for the sofa, so we had to take them from another room.
Facilities quite old.
Receptionist in the massage center was not friendly (to pickup the key).

Nice apartment for 5 people, clean, with a functional kitchen (with plenty of dishes and cutlery), nice bathroom.
Really appreciate the presence of a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and First Aid kit.
The WiFi was down for a problem (it was going to be fixed the next day), so we had to use our limited roaming data.
While noise from outside is expected as the Northern Quarter is known for its pubs, what mainly disturbed my sleep was the noise of the AC outside the bedroom's window. Constantly humming all night long.
The windows only open a few inches (obviously for safety), so the air became stuffy in the afternoon with the sun shining.

Horrible property in a rough area
Shutters on the door, rough area horrible looking property. Graffiti . Did not feel safe

The apartment is located on a very busy street with bars etc which did not finish till 3am. Even with the window shut it was very noisy.

Great location. Plenty of room. We had a big group spread across 2 apartments. Bathroom in each apartment.
It was quite hot in the bedrooms and if you opened the windows, you had the noise of the club and traffic down below. Wouldn’t recommend if you wanted a solids night sleep but for a stag do, it was fine.

The location and the size of the apartment was great.
The 200 cash deposit as who has cash theses days so had to go find cash machine and wait till 10am to leave so room could be checked to receive deposit back.

Extremely clean and tidy fully contained very close to restaurants,take away tram and train. Easy to get around. Staff were fantastic from start to finish. Would highly recommend. Jo and Craig from Australia

WE FOUND THE DOOR OPEN AND A DOG AND A MAN INSIDE OUR APARTMENT. TOTALLY UNSAFE !!!!!!!
We came back at 15.35h and the apartment's door was open. A dog and a man who said he was a plumber were inside and we had all our personal belongings and values there. It was REALLY SCARY
No one told us the shower was broken, no one told us someone was inside the apartment fixing it with A DOG and NO ONE TOLD US SOMEONE COULD GET INTO OUR APARTMENT WITHOUT OUR PERMISION OR WITHOUT ASKING BEFORE. Inmediatly I got in contact with the apartment through Booking chat app. They just offered us to send someone to clean the apartment but we refused it and we did It ourselves as we didnt trust the person in charge.
Just in case you say it's not true we have pictures of the dog inside our bedroom and all our conversation through Booking app.

Location was absolutely ideal for the arena
The glasses, cups, mugs etc needed a clean before being used but the rest of the flat was fine.

Excellent location, spotless clean spacious apartment with all you require. Check in via salon downstairs easy, Lisa the receptionist very helpful.

everything was great. the location was good, we loved the sofa beds. lady at reception was nice. good value for money as other hotels were £200+ a night. we got our deposit back with no problems.
only thing I will say is there was a strong foul smell from the shower drain. we used a whole lot of perfume and had to go find air fresheners because the whole apartment smelt like it. its an easy fix so if they sort that out we would deffo stay again.

It was warm, good central location.
Nothing was clean, several plates were dirty and gooey so we couldn't really trust the rest of the place was thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen sink was missing a plug, the fridge was missing some internal components, the bathroom was missing a toilet roll holder, the jets in the bath didn't work, it was advertised as having a dvd player and dvds - this was not the case.
We had to collect the keys from the massage parlour under the apartments but obviously the massage clients had priority and a £200 cash deposit was required, which is just inconvenient, cash is so infrequently used these days, don't see why they couldn't use a credit card instead.

Spacious and clean apartment. Easy to check in. The reception lady was lovely. Several car parks in the area. Excellent value for money. Would definitely book again.

Very good location, really nice spacious living room/kitchen, perfect for a big group with lots of beds and spacious rooms
Had some issues with a leak when using the bath to downstairs, but it was investigated, the staff were on hand to help about it and we got our full deposit back afterwards

the property was well situated. The apartment itself was ok.
the floorboards throughout the building were very noisy and the walls/ceilings not soundproofed.
I was kept awake all night by arguments and stomping around in the apartment above.
I may have just been unlucky.
