I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the experience I had at your hotel. I made a reservation for a room at your hotel. My reservation was for 2 nights and I had already paid the full amount in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my reservation had been canceled and that there were no rooms available. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and show my confirmation email, the staff refused to let me check-in and provided me with no further assistance. This experience was extremely frustrating and inconvenienced me greatly. As a customer who had already paid in advance for a service that was not provided, I feel let down by the lack of communication and support from your staff. I had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, which resulted in additional expenses (over 500 dollars) and a significant amount of stress. I urge you to take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future. I expect a full refund for the amount I paid for my reservation and I also request compensation for the additional expenses I incurred due to your hotel's negligence. I hope to receive a prompt response from you regarding this matter.
