Nestled in Exmouth, this lovely condo for £142 per night is a great option for your next break. Luxurious top floor apartment with stunning sea views that can sleep 6. The apartment has a south facing private balcony. Beach front with a good selection of bars and restaurants just a stones throw away! The apartment has all the required amenities if you felt like just relaxing indoors whilst admiring the panoramic views of the sea and estuary, which are truly breath taking! The kitchen and both bedrooms have views of the marina! Close by to public transport and a 10 minute walk in to town. This apartment is truly amazing with open living space and stunning views! One double and one twin room, comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. Can sleep up to 6 guests in total. Lounge is equipped with a large comfortable corner sofa, great if you want to sit back and look out on the ocean views. Kitchen is large enough to easily cater for all guest and comes fully equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, kettle etc. There is also an iron in the airing cupboard. We provide all linen including bedding and towels and also have a hair drier located in the wardrobe of the main bedroom Dining area seats up to 6 people, which extends if need be. Property is not wheel chair accessible and has a few stairs to climb to the top floor apartment, no lift available. Not at all challenging for someone who is able Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment, other than 1 small locked unit in the main bedroom.

Excellent long weekend had by us both. The apartment was brilliant with great views across the harbour and bay aswell as being spacious and clean. Situated where it is , by the harbour and marina , its quiet and peaceful whilst being only about a 10 min walk into the town. We would recommend it to anyone wanting a break in Exmouth

We were very pleased with our stay at the apartment. Parking was easy and very near. The accommodation was exactly as listed. It is located at the very end of the promenade and beach, the promenade is 1.6 miles long and makes a very nice daily walk along the beach and back on the promenade. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. No need to move the car as plenty to do. The ferry across the river is just outside the front door, from the other side it is an easy walk to Dawlish. There is also a Park Run on the promenade on Saturday for those feelings energetic, the locals were very welcoming to joining runners. We will return to this accommodation.

The property is described as luxurious which it is not.The carpets had big stains on them, there was mildew/mold on the ceiling in the bedroom, the tiles in the bathroom and the dining table was dirty and well worn. The walls and doors had areas where repairs were made badly and paint was peeling off. The smoke alarm in the hallway chirped for our whole 5 day visit. We had contacted owner who said it was fixed but the chirping never stopped. The description says there are a few steps….30 steps or 3 flights of stairs is not a few steps. These people have an opportunity here which is wasted on this neglected rundown flat. Worst place we have every stayed.

A wonderful 3 nights where we had excellent weather. It was difficult to draw yourself away from the small balcony watching all the activities including boats coming and going and the kite surfers’ amazing stunts. We had lovely meals at The Point opposite. Beach is fab and town only 10 minutes walk. My only negative is I couldn’t find a bread knife! We will definitely return.

Selling point in all reviews is the sea view, partly our reason for taking the apartment for our 4 night stay. The panoramic views of the mouth of the Exe and out to sea are something. Additionally, and not to be overlooked is the allocated free parking, a must in Exmouth. On top of the view and parking we found the apartment modern, nicely decorated, superb shower, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. A great base to explore Exmouth and the surrounding area, with some great restaurants right on your doorstep, The Point, El Olivo and Namaste to mention our stand out personal favourites. We would stay again when next in the area if available.

Really enjoyed our short break. Property has fantastic panoramic views to front and left capturing marina and sea front of estuary. Over looks garages and working part of port. But in no way detracts from the lovely views. Not much of a balcony . Apartment is clean and functional with enough space for the five of us. Great location nestled above a cafe and a few steps to plenty of restaurants and marina for boat trips. Easy ten minute walk into town. Beach less than a minute.. Dog friendly beach near to property. We took a 2.2 mile walk through promenade to Orcombe Point which was lovely. Town centre was a suprise a nice little open square with plenty of restaurants and cafes made it very cosmopolitan. Thanks so much for a lovely stay in Exmouth

We had a lovely week. The apartment overlooks the estuary and English Channel and life on the water is constant entertainment. There are restaurants, pubs, a few small shops plus the local fish shop outside the door. Walks into town, along the beaches, along the cliffs and down the estuary all from the doorway.
