Buen hotel

La habitación es amplia, muy limpia. Tv con chromecast, que se agradece. Muy completo el kit de cortesía en el baño. El desayuno muy bueno también. Cama y almohadas cómodas.

No conseguí regular bien el aire acondicionado. Se oía a otros huéspedes dando voces.

Estancia cómoda en Madrid

El olor tan agradable al entrar, la limpieza, la ubicación al lado del metro, tiendas cercanas de comestibles, el personal es muy amable.

Quizás las habitaciones necesitaban un poco más de cuidados aunque al irnos pudimos apreciar que ya estaban manos a la obra así que genial.

No es lo que parece

El hotel se anuncia como mucho más de lo que es, y el precio es exagerado ya que literalmente es un hotel para dormir y ducharse, y ya.

Estuve de paso ya que venia del aeropuerto de un viaje desde Estados Unidos y aunq el hotel estaba vacío me hacían ver que no era así para cobrarme una habitación, tuve que alargar mi estancia (hospedándose en la misma habitación) y cada noche subía el precio

Very good, convenient, and friendly!

LOVED the staff, suuuuuuper friendly, especially Alejandro! Room service was fast and efficient, and the mini bar had just the right amount of stuff

Some of the walls in my room were sort of “peeling off” not a big issue but very noticeable, the smart tv didn’t have access to internet, which was a bit disappointing, but again, not a big issue.

I really liked to behaviour of staff. They were really cared with us. Hotel was so clean and breakfast was awesome.

For touristic places like Sol and Plaza Mayor, you have to transfer to another subway line.

A/C doesn’t work, we sweated more inside the hotel than outside. Very small, hot and uncomfortable

Breakfast was adequate and staff was friendly.

Rooms are tiny and a/c was basically non existent.

The bed was a bit hard. the first room the wall paper was pealing off. But wr got a new room.right after we made the complaint.

The hotel was ok but everything was far away. I would always have to commute for more than 40min.

The bathroom was big and the room was big.

There was no coffee machine or kettle in the room. This is essential especially when you must catch a flight at 6 am. Nothing is open so you can find a decent coffee before leaving. The location was horrible. It is called "El Retiro" but is 50min minutes from the park. I feel like the name tricked me. I should have checked the distance before booking. If I come back to Madrid, I will not stay there because it is too far.

Amazing and comfy stay.

The breakfast was very delicious though it lacked in diversity in 3 days i didnt had time to try everything. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful when we had question. Overall it was an amazing experience.
