Nicht moderne, altmodisch. Schoene Toilette, auch sauber. Sonst Zimmer hat nicht gut bei der Ankunft gerochen.

Smell Bed was not comfy and looked too old. No Dekorations, so more motel like as Hotel.

- Personal war nett - es gab WLAN, was ich zwar nicht genutzt habe und deshalb nicht beurteilen ob es gut war

- Hat nach Herberge gerochen - Betten haben extrem geknarzt was richtig genervt hat - Duschkopf war voller grünblauer rückstände - Über der dusch sah es aus als würde sich Schimmel entwickeln. - Handtücher haben nach Bleichmittel gerochen - Teppich war voller dunkler Flecken hatte immer Angst barfuß zu laufen - für das was man bekommt sind 55€ zuviel würde eher 20-30€ einschätzen, aber ist halt berlin

На сайте было указано что каждое утро в отеле есть завтрак. Это был обман((( Я была с 2 детьми.. и завтрак был для меня очень важным моментом!!! Наше путешествие началось с неприятной новости((( Если бы у меня было время искать новый Отель, я бы там не осталась. Ещё и утром , когда я спала, ко мне в номер кто-то зашёл.., но спасибо что быстро вышли.. По чистоте тоже печалька..((( Когда отодвинула кресло ( оно стояло в середине комнаты.., не под стенкой..), там было разное…

I want to give special credit to Mark, working at the reception. I had unfortunate events where my original accommodation was canceled and I booked a room in Orion Hotel late at night. I was sick and extremely hungry, but because I was very sick, I was not able to go out to have a meal and it was very late at night around 23:30. I called the reception and asked if I can order food. Mark offered to order pizza and personally deliver it to my room. After waiting around 3 minutes, he came to my room and informed me that unfortunately the pizza place was closed already. Then what does he do? He gave me 4 packs of Kinder chocolate. This seems like a very minor thing, but I cannot explain how this almost saved me. I could sleep afterward and woke up fine. So thanks a lot Mark again. I sincerely believe he should be promoted.
