Location of the apartment is great. Lucie from reception was very helpful 👍

1. Sofabed needs replacing. 2. Heating was switched off in the apartment for over 24 hrs. This was switched back on when I contacted to complain the apartment was cold. 3. Another apartments bathroom is located right next to the apartment we were staying in; we were regularly disturbed by the family using the facilities! 4. BIGGEST ISSUE- we were charged 20 euro for makeup on a towel ! Absolutely ridiculous! Towel was used for washing face! Manager discribed the towel as soiled! Just an opportunity to make money from people. Very disappointing and more worrying housekeeping are clearly not washing towels on a hot wash as make up comes off towels when washed. Good try , hope you enjoy the extra 20 euro you made from our booking.

The location is perfect, the place is comfortable and quiet, making it a great accommodation not only to explore Prague but also to rest after long walks! Good value for money as well!

The location was fantastic. The apartment was clean.

Communication with the property beforehand was terrible. The microwave in the apartment didn't work, and the shower was very slow to drain so would fill up while in the shower. With the money that the property charges, it would have been nice to have some toiletries provided. It was not clear at the time of booking that to check in and get keys would be in a different location to the apartment. Also, the balcony is over buildings and roofs, not ideal.

Spacious, clean, everything we could want for a few days stay in Prague. Reception staff and cleaning staff were lovely and very accommodating when I found I'd booked the room for one day less than planned.

The location and the price was perfect. The flat was super clean and with an easy access! The information provided for the parking was super useful.

The distribution of the flat is a bit strange for sharing with my parents, aunt and my couple. We were 5 people and some how we were constantly interfering with each other for basic things. Example: The flat entrance is in the bed room so it you want to go in or out and someone is sleeping you are definitively bothering. Same to go to the bathroom as it is next to the other room which includes the kitchen and the sofa bed. So if someone wants to go to the bathroom at night or have an early breakfast is bothering the people sleeping in the sofa. The sofa was also squeaking and not very stable :S

Dunsi Apartment said private bathroom, just wasn't expecting to go out onto public landing to access another door to the access the next room which was my bathroom. . Asked agent to move us to another apartment, to which they did for a £80..only for this apartment to have no hot water from Saturday am till Sunday afternoon/evening.messaged the management, no reply, twice. Tried ringing out of hrs number again no reply. Then to be told at checkout , they had been intouch with apartment manager. Who said there was no issue( There was ) They have offered no compensation .just come back saying we could fine you because one of the pillows has make up on it . I wasn't expecting luxury because of the cost BUT I WAS EXPECTING HOT WATER I wasn't letting this spoil my trip to Prague But I will never book a apartment again

Amazing location, comfy and quiet apartment. Completely step-free with fast and big elevator. I loved the balcony over the quiet courtyard. Appreciated having a fan available. The bed was pretty comfortable. While the flat shares a small entryway and washing area, I rarely saw or heard anyone! so quiet for this central location.

The bed is right next to the couch- so this area feels a little bit cramped- but it is a nice sized couch, so I think it is just a well utilized space.

Location brilliant. Ease of check in. Taxi to airport arrangement good. Spacious apartment. Good WiFi . Quiet.

“ Hot “ water in shower not very hot at all and sometimes none at all. No hot water in sink at all. Smart TV just didn’t do anything. First page of graphics showing what’s possible— then nothing. I pressed every button on the remote many times but nothing ever happened . If there is some “ secret “ way of operating the TV there should be instructions there.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Right in the centre. We did not pay any extra taxis in any way. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station. Cleaning was very good. Internet is excellent. There is a bread oven under the hotel. You can buy fresh bread every morning.

I couldn't use the closet because the wardrobe is too small. A very small locker for two people. The cabinet door is useless because the opening direction is not suitable. Please remove the air conditioner for a more energy saving and cleaner world.

The location is wonderful. Right in the center of the city in old beautiful building. Everithing in expectations.

Beautiful listed building, literally 2 steps away from the old town square! Very spacious apartment. Staff incredibly helpful.

Decor and furnishings a bit worn and dated but this did not detract from our stay.

The communication between me and the host was very poor, after stating that the apartment i booked wasn't available as the people staying in it before me requested longer, which i never believed was an option if i had already booked it for those dates. The apartment i originally booked had a balcony and they stated that the new apartment they had given us did, however, it was a small balcony which you couldn't even stand out on. Not to mention the door to get out to the balcony didn't lock and the door handle had come off. Then the kitchen was filled with ants on the worktop which is where we would have liked to prepare food sometimes.
