①在把“请打扫”的牌子挂在门口的情况下，依然忘记了打扫房间，但在沟通后及时打扫了。 ②房间只有暖气没有空调，如果你觉得热，关闭暖气后需要几个小时才能凉快下来。 ③一个窗户正对着另一间客房的门口，另一个窗户正对着台阶，私密性不足。

The facilities were amazing, everything was very clean and comfortable, the restaurant was excellent, the staff was very kind, the breakfast was good. They helped with all the needs we had ( booking tours, booking shuttle to the airport, delivery of dinner in our room and making a box with food since my boyfriend was sick a couple of days)

Not many things. The main problem is that there was no door separating the toilet and the bedroom. Besides there was no proper barman to make cocktails, but they told me it was a temporary problem. There were not many spots to sit in the pool outside. The spa was not taken care the same level as the rest of the hotel, but it was ok.

This hotel is amazing. Nice views and the staff is exceptional.

I loved the cave hotel expereince. The staff here was also very responsive. They are helpful with booking tours and booking the airport transfers.

Great location spacious rooms, good breakfast, great staff.

While our room was spacious, limited comfortable chairs in room (only one couch). Also wireless was suboptimal. Food at hotel's restaurant was not only overpriced, but mediocre. Would defiantly recommend staying away from it, despite romantic ambiance.

Beautiful property and great hospitality.

The property is breathtaking! The location is great and 2 min walk from the main street. The staff is super friendly and they were kind enough to upgrade us since it was our honeymoon. Attention to detail. You made a customer for life.

Great breakfast, amazing SPA area, two rooftops to watch the balloons.

Wine tap in the garden is only open between 1pm and 6pm when most people are out sightseeing :(

First class experience.

Hotel and restaurant staff were amazing. In a great location. Cave room was very cool.

Difference in levels within the cave room so needed to be careful walking around.

The room I stayed in has a good size. Breakfast is good since I don't eat lamb and goat cheese, the hotel offers a diversity of choices which fit my needs. The location is very good - located in the heart of the village and loads of restaurants and shops nearby (just a few minutes walk). Staffs are all friendly. All in all, I recommend this hotel a lot.

The only thing that can be improved might be the cleanliness. In general, the hotel is clean but because I have a high standard in terms of cleanliness, I only give 8 out of 10 as there is dust in the room.

Amazing!

Room was amazing, jacuzzi was the best. Location was super. Staff were very friendly and breakfest was really good!

Dinner Retaurant wasnt the best. Prices were a bit high for the food. Pool wasn't as warm as we were expecting.

Excellent ambiance and superb customer service is 110%

The cave-living ambiance, perfect marriage between quaint yet luxurious amenities, of the establishment coupled with top-notched service completed the whole memorable experience. The free flow of red and white wine from the wall "tap" was an icing on the cake and if I may say a very good idea!

I suppose if I am going to identify any are the SPA prices which I feel is a bit on the high side.

Fairy-tale room on the best cave hotel in town.

It was an amazing experience, the facilities are on the best location to watch the balloons in the morning. The enviornment is kind of magical, fairy-tale amazing room, with rich and enchanting spots and ammenities. The restaurant is also amazing and the staff and the breakfast were both just perfect.

Beautiful property, Central location, Cooperative staff, Best services.

Beautiful property, definitely value for money. The cave suites are too pretty. The staff is quite cooperative. we had a late night bus after our check out in the noon; they let us use the spa and Hammam services even after that. The location is very good and accessible. Goreme is easy to travel from to anywhere.

Comfortable stay at a great location in Goreme, Cappadocia

The hotel has a brilliant location, and you get an experience of cave dwelling, for which this region is famous. The staff were polite and helpful, especially Asyu, who arranged everything perfectly and tried to accommodate our request for a slightly late check-out.

The hotel is nice but looks quite dated, the main bed, which is round is not the most comfortable. Water spread across the dry area while taking a shower.
