Davvero tutto. Ottimo soggiorno, colazione molto buona e super abbondante!

Garbage pickup was a bit noisy in the morning

The bed is very comfy and the location is great. It's a quiet place.
The breakfast was very poor with small amount of food.

Typical Paris hotel room, space was at a premium but everything you need when staying in a city like Paris, your hotel room is simply somewhere to sleep. The staff were really friendly, loved the area, lots of bars/restaurants/boutique shops, etc. Easy walking distance from the RER station Denfert-Rochereau and also Gare Montparnasse. Breakfast was included and although quite basic, the bread was lovely and it was served to you at your table. Bed was super comfortable and there was little to no noise disturbance from inside or outside the hotel so we slept really well. Great value for money and we liked the nod to being more eco friendly.
Space in the room was tight but this is typical in Paris, I would say certain areas could do with upgrading and/or refurbishment but nothing that spoiled our stay in the least. Wi-Fi was a bit slow but again no big deal unless you’re trying to work for example.

Location, safety regarding cleanliness, environmental focus
There is a room for improving the level of cleanliness, inability to separate trash in the room, every day the same breakfast

It was really cozy

The location is very convenient, close to the metro and RER station. There are many restaurants, bakeries and 2 supermarkets nearby. It's very easy to get around to the main tourist spots and find places to eat. The room itself is comfortable and cozy, we have enough space to open our luggage. Breakfast is simple but delicious.
Only the receptionist speaks English. We had some misunderstanding with the cleaner when we checked in, without the help of the receptionist we cannot communicate.

Great location and a nice breakfast included. Felt good to stay at an environmentally conscious hotel where you could see their efforts. Great value for money compared to regular Paris rates.
Thin walls, could hear people in the corridor very loudly. No safe.

good location, very helpful staff, clean room. overall good value for money
our room was facing the street which was very noisy till late night and from really early morning, which made it hard to have any sleep. the room and especially bathroom was quite cold.

Spent there 3 nights. The location is perfect and safe. There’s literally a supermarket next to the hotel, mcdonald’s, bakeries, market, convenient metro line (15-20 mins to any attraction). All staff speaks english and was super friendly. The hotel interior was good. There’s a dining room with all amenities and small courtyard
lack of a door in the shower was soaking the floor. sometimes wifi didn’t work as it should

The fact everything is designed with sustainability in mind is a great way to feel less self-conscious about traveling.
the bed was amazing, i slept really well. The breakfast was delicious.
The bathroom could use a little rejuvenation, the shower in particular isn't quite comfortable.
sliding doors in front of the shelves would drastically change the atmosphere.

A pleasant hotel, friendly administrators, delicious breakfasts and a great location.
There is not enough space for a comfortable shower

The location was absolutely fabulous as the metro is just down the street, making getting around town and to CDG airport a breeze. There are great bistros, bars and cafes lining the main street (literally just around the corner), plus lots of small grocers featuring an amazing selection of freshly baked goods, prepared foods, fruit, cheeses, vegetables, meat, fish and other tasty products. When we come back to Paris, we will definitely be staying in this neighborhood.
The only small complaint (and it isn't one really) is that you can hear other guests in their rooms. As Paris hotel rooms tend to be small and close together this is to be expected.

fantastic neighborhood and friendly staff.
shower head was set up at a weird angle.

location is very good and the staff are very nice
The bathroom was tiny and when you were taking a shower, the floor got all wet. We went in the summer, and they don’t turn on the air conditioner.

Location was excellent in a nice area. Rue Daguerre, Metro and Catacombs very close. Denfert-Rochereau stop very handy for RER B and getting around the city.
Breakfast is repetitive but is still value for money.

Property was in an excellent location, within a few minutes of a metro station that we used to go to all of the main touristy spots, as well as a direct bus to and from the airport. The bed was comfy and the rooms were clean. Liked the fact the hotel was so environmentally conscious. Staff were all nice as well. For the price we were really impressed.
You could hear the noise from the neighbouring rooms and the lift, but this wasn’t too bad. The shower was very small, which wasn't too bad for us, but we are both quite little.

The location is great, close to a market, minutes away from public transportation and there are a lot of restaurants and nightlife in the area. Really nice neighborhood. The staff is nice and polite, the room was big and had heating and AC. We had help anytime we needed it. Breakfast is pretty minimal but worked for us.
The shower had a weird misty douche which was a bit not comfortable and felt like the pressure is low but overall manageable and not really problematic.

The staff, Ives, Angelica, Sylvie, and the breakfast crew were wonderful 😀
It was a bit difficult to get around but that wasn't the hotel or staff's fault.

I liked everything, especially the kindness of the staff. I have known this hotel for 20 years and I keep going there when in Paris.

Check-in process is very straightforward. The room was small but quiet with a backyard view. Quite nice. There is a small terrace in the back to sit and relax that looked quite cool. Breakfast is simple (croissant and baguette with butter and jam, and coffee or tea) but good. Rue Daguerre around the corner is super pleasant, car-free, and the hotel is located very close to Denfert-Rochereau, a super convenient hub to reach Orly Airport (either by train or by express bus). We appreciated the ecological effort made by the hotel.
The bathroom is a bit cramped so it's difficult not to put water everywhere. Also, the a/c condensation exhaust drops onto the bathroom floor (made of tiles, with a slant towards the shower drain, so I guess that's ok) but the path of that water to the shower drain tends to flow in front of the toilet bowl, so there is always the risk of the unpleasantness of walking bare foot, or worse, with your socks, in that a/c water.

Hotel offers bicycles to guests easy and without charge. Paris changed very much towards bike friendliness. Great experience!

shower is extremely small. worked for us but could be a problem for some guests.
