L'hôtel est très bien placé, une dizaine de minutes à pieds de la gare, c'est très pratique. Le personnel est très agréable !! De plus, les lits sont confortables et les chambres propres.

Ce n'est pas réellement un point négatif, mais il faut tout de même noter le manque d'ascenseur.

The staff where very accommodating anything I requested they met my needs with enthusiasm and helped me when needed the area is a good place to stay everything is close by.

The fact you didnt have a kettle in the room .or the idea of leaving the hotel key at reception .

Not fit to be a hotel. No lift. No bed lights on GF room. No TV . No proper shampoo etc etc

WYSIWYG. Pretty basic place. Ok for a lone traveller to sleepover.

Should have guessed the quality from the ratings...

Close to the train station. Mostly friendly staff.

Room size and comfort. Cleanliness (room was a bit dirty but at least it had clean sheets, cockroach found at the staircase)

Passable for a 1-night stay near Gare de Lyon.

5 min working from Gare de Lyon. Nice staff.

Mattress pretty hard, no decorations in the bedroom that makes it a bit cold.

Good value for money in central Paris.

Having read the reviews I was not expecting a very good experience from my night in this hotel, but: The room was clean and the the sheets crisp and white. Tha bathroom was impeccable (new, I think). And I could leave my big suitcase behind the reception desk. I was travelling with my dog and that was no problem even in the breakfast room.

The floor in my room was a little uneven, and my bed was on a slight slope!

Having to go to the 5th floor with no elevator and almost 80 kilograms of luggage was simply impossible; luckily we could leave our two suitcases downstairs (but not locked and not under surveyance), but even so we had to make two trips and were quite exhausted. Secondly, there was only one (quite small) towel provided for two people. Thirldy, a wake-up call we requested (we had to catch a 6:30 a.m. train) didn't come.

Tolerable for one night stay by Gare du Lyon

Location

The was no lift and the stairs were quite dangerous, felt unsafe. Shockingly, the was only ONE towel when we checked in ( 2 people) and when I went down to reception and asked for extra towels, they seemed to be surprised that’s the standers anywhere.

The hotel is close to the Gare de Lyon station and areas with a lot of possibilities, bars, restaurants etc. Rooms are warm in winter.

No elevator, the building is old and not very well maintained.
