It is a highly upgraded, spacious yet cozy condo in the desirable Continental Country Club area. It is the perfect spot for your stay in Flagstaff whether passing through town, need a base for enjoying all the surrounding sights, or looking for a destination that offers tons of amenities all its own. The open living space and the charm in every corner will make you feel right at home. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, an updated and well appointed kitchen, a coffee bar and two peaceful decks surrounded by pines. We offer high quality linens and towels, a washer and dryer for your convenience, and a gas fireplace for those cool evenings. There is high speed wifi and TV's in each room (main TV is smart). There is a Ring doorbell on front porch. With so much to see and do in the area, we are just 6 miles from the Flagstaff historic downtown and NAU, 80 miles from the Grand Canyon, 34 miles from Sedona, 19 miles from Arizona Snowbowl, and 40 miles from Williams. However, you may choose to just park the car and leave it because nearly right outside your door there is hiking, biking, golf, beautiful Duck Lake and so much of the natural Northern Arizona beauty to take in.

Very comfortable and clean property. Kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and the coffee bar is an extra bonus that may bring out your inner barista! In unit washer/dryer is large for a stackable and handled ski bibs without issue. Hosts were very responsive to questions prior to our visit but we had no need to communicate with them during our stay. I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you for the great stay!

Perfect location for my family. We were in Flagstaff for The Northpole Experience. Loved the coffee bar. Had a little hiccup at checkin but owner responded within a few minutes!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo. It was exactly as described. Quiet and peaceful. We were seniors and looking forward to relaxing after a busy few days at the Grand Canyon. The condo did not disappoint! Easy driving distance to Sedona.

Condo is modern, clean and beautiful. Location is easy to reach. Master bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. My friend felt the twin beds were a little hard. We enjoyed the condo and Flagstaff very much.

My oldest daughter graduated from NAU and we came in to celebrate her. Because our graduate had a lot of plans over weekend, we were able to take a day trip one of the days to The Grand Canyon, the location of the property was perfect for that. We will be back for sure! ~Amy~

We enjoyed staying at this home. The shower heads were amazing and the coffee bar was perfect. The master bed was very comfortable. The second bedroom had two memory foam mattresses, which were uncomfortable because they sleep really hot for us. But maybe other people enjoy memory foam. Overall, we really enjoyed the property.

This condo was exactly as was described and would definitely stay again. The condo was clean and a perfect location for a home base for making day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The check in and check out process was flawless and things couldn't have gone any better. The condo is in a quiet neighbourhood with grocery stores, restaurants, etc all within 10 mins. This condo was perfect for my son and I. We loved the quiet neighborhood location and easy commute into downtown Flagstaff. Additionally, there was easy access to straight-shoot highway routes for tourist destinations (Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend etc). The home itself felt exactly as such - home; comfortable sleeping accommodations and living areas, exceptionally clean throughout, amenities beyond what I expected and most importantly we felt safe. Great location, well stocked and comfortable condo. One of the better properties that I have stayed at using VRBO. Owners are very detailed and organized, with instructions delivered with a sense of humor. While I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the steps to the second floor may cause some individuals difficulty, especially with snow on them. Also, for those liking firm mattresses, the main one was on the softer side. Even with the stated issues, I highly recommend this property.

Very nice property, super easy check in, easy to find and ample parking. Everything was as advertised. Well equipped with everything and then some. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars across the board on this is because the beds weren't comfortable for us (totally each persons preference for sure!) We prefer a good firm memory foam and the twin beds in the secondary bedroom weren't comfortable according to my 20 something daughters. The kitchen only had 1 hand towel and no sponge or washcloth for wiping counters. Totally nit noids for sure and honestly there were so many other "benefits" that far outweighed these tiny negatives.

Overall - great property, great owners, no complaints. Check in process - we had some minor issue with the lock but Guy was very helpful and prompt to respond and fix the issue. Property - as described/pictured, very clean, quiet, had a great stay. We would stay again if we come back to Flagstaff. Thanks.
