Super kids friendly, my children simply loved it. Amazing view and well equipped gym. The breakfast was very good. Strongly recommend!

The room was not ready upon arrival. We had to wait and then nobody came to find us when it was ready.

The area is lively for a hotel that is part of a convention center. The hotel itself is OK.

The hotel has lax security. We had an incident at the hotel and we needed to see the lobby security camera, but it was not working!

Clean, modern hotel with nice amenities and very good breakfast. A bit pricey but overall worth it for our family of 5. Short walk (around 0.25 mile) to Metro stop. Easy for travelers.

I should have looked up the property and didn’t realise how far out of the centre it was but otherwise we had a perfect stay.

Le fait que soit demandé dès l'arrivée une autorisation CB avec 500€ de plus que le montant du sejour.. Sachant qu'avec Booking la CB est déjà enregistrée.. j'ai du augmenter sur place le plafond de ma CB... malaise avec le réceptionniste ..on sent le manque de confiance... Un peu bruyant également : dès 7h30 le matin, 1er janvier inclus (je n'ai pas pu déterminer qui trainait des meubles chaque matin au dessus de nos têtes... Le restaurant étant au 8eme et nous au 6eme...peut être le personnel de ménage ?)

Noe laber velkomst av personale som snakket dårlig engelsk. Det sto et "Safari telt" i lobbyen som ansatte satt å koste seg i hver gang vi kom inn i resepsjonsområdet, akkompagnert av et lite ektefølt smil å mer en følelse av at man plager dem om man skulle finne på å spørre om noe. Ikke tilgjengelig glass på rommet, kun pappkopp som fungerer svært dårlig om man skulle ønske å nyte et glass vin før middag. Lite spennende nærområde, noe selvfølgelig ikke hotellet kan klandres for. Det eneste plusset med hotellet var vel restauranten i toppetasjen, som virkelig hadde nydelig mat. Selv om personalet her også hadde begrensede engelskkunnskaper sammen med mangel på meny på engelsk ble det en spennende opplevelse. Ville ikke bodd her igjen, og heller ikke anbefalt det videre.

We didn't take any meals at the hotel so can not comment but were disappointed that the coffee shop was not open.

Truly loved the relaxed welcome but it was confusing that there was no reception desk so difficult to deal with checkin. Also our booking was missing and it took a while to sort it out but the staff handled it well and were helpful and polite whilst we waited.

Great location for the expo centre! Staff very friendly. Gym also great - lovely views and quiet! Comfy bed. Clean. What more could you want on a business trip!!

There is no still water in the rooms which normally even 3 star hotels provide. When you ask water to room , they say there is water dispanser in every floor. You have to come out from your room to drink water from water dispanser like 80's.

The staff that greeted us and throughout our stay were more than kind and friendly The room was amazing lovely bright and clean with windows that opened The location although a little way out of the city centre suited us as we wanted to be away from the crowds in saying that it was quite a very doable train ride to where you wanted to go The roof top restaurant was absolutely incredible with the staff again kind and patient

very nice design of the lobby and the rooms rooms are very clean very good breakfast during breakfast there is a magician and balloons artist that meet with the kids and do amazing art. 5-10min from the metro have a very cozy restaurant on the top floor with good environment and friendly staff.

I think the hotel should assign more staff members during breakfast to support the amount of diners.

Everything, I was even able to be checked in earlier.
