Situated in Flagstaff, this lovely house for £139 per night is a great choice for your next break. A new, beautiful, single level home built with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. This lovely 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home, in the outstanding "Presidio in the Pines" development is centrally located, and perfect for Northern Arizona fun! It is just a few miles west of Historic Downtown Flagstaff and Northern Arizona University, just 20 minutes to the Snow-Bowl Ski Resort, half an hour drive to Williams, Arizona and the Polar Express, 45 minutes down one of the most scenic drives through Oak Creek Canyon to the Grandeur of the Sedona Red Rocks and only a 1 ½ hour drive to the South Rim Entrance of Grand Canyon National Park! This handsome property, built with an open floorplan and numerous upgrades, is sure to be an ideal retreat while enjoying Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. You will appreciate the warm, comfortable feeling and pleasing décor that make this mountain cabin so special. With one sofa and an oversized chair encircling the gas fireplace, with flat-screen TV mounted on the wall above, this living space encourages warm gatherings and time to reflect on the day’s adventures with family and friends. The dining table has seating for 4 people, as well as an additional 4 stools at the nearby breakfast bar. The well-equipped kitchen has Stainless Steel appliances, along with everything else needed to prepare and serve a scrumptious meal. The kitchen includes a four-burner gas range, over-the-stove microwave, refrigerator with icemaker & drink dispenser, dishwasher, blender, toaster oven, knife set, electric can opener, and drip-style traditional coffee maker. Right off the living area, you can relax outside on the back porch, complete with a propane grill. At night, you’ll love the fire pit. The Master Bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed, and flat screen TV on the dresser in front of the bed. The master bathroom is beautifully adorned with granite countertops and tile in the walk-in shower. You’ll love the master large walk-in closet. The double-vanity allows plenty of space for two people. There is a separate enclosed space for the commode. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds and a closet. The second guest bedroom has a full-sized bed and a closet. The couch pulls out into a queen bed. For your comfort and convenience, the home also comes equipped with: Laundry room with full size washer and dryer 2 car garage High-Speed Internet Central Heating and Air Conditioning (which is a rarity in Flagstaff!) Games to keep everyone entertained! Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions prior to booking your stay. You are our #1 priority, we put guests first! Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval. There is a $50 pet fee. We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.We do supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Although often there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc. We cannot guarantee what will be available. There is a Ring Video Monitoring Doorbell Camera, located on the exterior of the property. There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. No parties or events are permitted. The home was very neat, clean and comfortable. It was a great place to relax with family. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. At the same time, it was close to town and had great places to eat. If you like Sushi, try Karma Sushi Bar & Grill. Took a couple of day trips to Walnut Canyon and of course, the Grand Canyon. If you like good Mexican food, try Plaza Bonita at the Grand Canyon village. Would definitely stay at this VRBO again.

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at one of Kathryn Duncan’s properties in Flagstaff and as with the others the property was very clean and well stocked for our visit. The yard is a little small and these homes are a a little closer together than most of the locations we have stayed in flagstaff and the driveways are oddly short, but the garage was available to park the vehicles, so that was nice. Overall a very nice property!

This house is newer, with great appliances and beautiful decor. The beds were comfortable and so were all the sheets and towels. We spent a lot of time here, since we were snowed in! (Although I think the owner had someone come over to clear the snow from the driveway - nice!). The fireplace made it a cozy. Would definitely go back and recommend!

Great spacious home with access to town, shops and the NAU campus. A quiet newer neighborhood. The host provides basics like shampoo conditioner soap toilet paper and paper towels. A few kitchen amenities like pots pans plates and silverware but missing mixing bowls, and a kids step stool. We enjoyed the decor and extra touches for the holidays with a beautiful Christmas tree and accents. We enjoyed the overall festive cozy vibe and would love to visit again.

Well appointed and super clean. Plenty of room. Backyard is tight but still could be improved with a jacuzzi. Neighborhood is nice. Parking in garage is required or in parking spots a block away. Plenty of room however in garage...fit a large coupe and extended cab ford truck fully closing the garage door.

This house was very clean and provided quality soaps and shampoos. We used the grill one night and it was the best grill we have ever encountered at a rental property. Quiet neighborhood and close to Snowbowl and NAU. Will definitely stay again!

Nice place to stay, not too far from Snowbowl. No games, so we bought some at Walmart. Internet was not good, so the streaming only TV stopped in the middle of the voice! It would be best to have people not put away the clean dishes from the dishwasher as required, as you never know if clients wash their hands before doing so. It would be better to leave them in the dishwasher that states clean on it...but this is only a preference that I would suggest. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Such a peaceful, quiet little neighborhood. Great walks and jogs around the area. Close to everything too. Home is nicely decorated and has everything you’ll need. Just pack a bag. The only suggestion I would make is to look at replacing the master bath shower head at some point. The pressure is rather low. But I’m splitting hairs here. Place is great
