Large deck for morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. Master bedroom with king bed, private bathroom and deck. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room offers a sleeper sofa. Cable and internet enabled TV, and wifi. Stairs to enter and inside the home. Gas BBQ grill and deck. Close to routes to the Grand Canyon NAU and Historic downtown Flagstaff. There is a public golf course and restaurant in the country club, and many other restaurants close by. This place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable - thick carpet, fluffy towels, nice cookware. Paper and necessities well-stocked. Very enjoyable.

We stayed 3 nights, we let our friends stay in the master bedroom and we stayed in the bedroom with the Murphy bed. The pillows were ok, however, the mattress was way too soft and so my husband and I didn’t get much sleep. We all liked the layout of the condo and the location, and it was also very clean. We enjoyed our visit very much.

We found this property to be very well equipped as promised. Plenty of towels and linen, great location, comfortable beds, Internet that was seamless as well as the wireless TV. Fans in every room. Appliances all worked! Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, etc. We were four adults. The condo is very efficient but we found it large enough for our needs. Watching TV, eating in the dining area and on the patio. Would recommend.

We loved the property and were so comfortable. Especially nice to have the two bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen was great, and we enjoyed sitting on the deck with the grill. Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was spotless and looked just like the pictures. Received immediate response to a call to the property staff. Hope to stay here again on our next visit to Flagstaff.

It is a nice place that was just what we needed. Clean, well stocked, and the sound bad=r for the TV was an unexpected plus. Two suggestions for improvement. 1) the plastic on the entry stairs is a trip hazard, and gave us problems every time. 2) It was very hard to find when we arrived after dark. More visible markings or more detailed instructions on how to find it would be helpful.

This was a great rental. A modern comfortable condo in a nice quiet location, spacious and a ton of amenities. Easy check-in and check-out. Fully stocked kitchen including coffee and creamers in the fridge, numerous bathroom toiletries, convenient washer and dryer, fireplace, even a large selection of books to read. Also included a deck with BBQ. Loved the local artwork displayed throughout the unit. First floor carpeting could use a little TLC, but otherwise very clean. No AC available, but we didn’t need it in March. We highly recommend.

This was such a well kept, beautiful place to stay with friends or family, the owner really shoots for a one of a kind experience, that feels almost movie like due to the atmosphere and the beautiful surrounding scenery. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s as described and the owner is easy to work with with. Super easy access to routes to the downtown Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, Page, Sedona, etc. We had no issues and our stay was very quiet and enjoyable. We loved the small things around the property - especially the pictures of local spots - our 10 year old wanted to find all of them and take his own photos 😁. Very clean, comfortable beds/linens - truly felt welcomed. I recommend relaxing on the balcony, starting a fire and just enjoying the quiet!

Great stay here, a fantastic east facing deck to take in the sunrise and small western deck for sunset and keeping the door open while sleeping for fresh air. Great location near duck lake and a trailhead if you’re looking for a quiet spot for hikes, cycling, relaxing and ok driving 15 minute drive to downtown .

We had 2 couples in the area for a golf trip. The condo was perfect for us, with 2 beds & 2 baths. Everything was very clean & comfortable and had everything we needed. And we love the country club area of town. It's very nice, quiet & has parks nearby. A very enjoyable trip.

Terrible, reached out to the property manager about how hot and stuffy the place was. In addition to terrible internet connections. Even after trying to open windows to air out the place it was still hot and smelled of mildew. We've come to the conclusion that this is a "model place" this rental property rents out. For the amount of money paid, there ought to be AC readily available. Word of advice to all -- save your money or pay a little for better amenities. We left after 2 nights and went to a hotel that offered AC. We chose to sacrifice space for overall comfort. My review wouldn't be so negative if the property would've been more accommodating. Never again!! We left the place cleaner and smelling better than when we arrived. We washed all linen and dishes we used, to top it off we found a used towel in the master bath. Was super gross and made me feel dirty; wondered if the place was even cleaned after last renters as advertised. Hope this review helps others from making the same mistake we did.

You will enjoy the property. The first level is up to date. The second level (bedrooms) needs a little updating. The owners did say there was no air conditioning and living in the Valley of the Sun we are accustom to that. However, it did get to 85 degrees (July) during the late evening and night as the sun hits the bedrooms all afternoon. I would recommend renting during cooler season's however the no air conditioning may be a deal breaker. I like to be honest as I rely 100% on these reviews and I'd like others to know what they are getting into. Otherwise, it was lovely and had all one would need.

This was a great condo! The carpet was a little tired, but other than that, it was in good repair. The beds were comfy and it was well furnished. It was nice to have some cooking oil and spices available. The street had some noisy traffic and the neighbor's dog was a non-stop yapper - neither of these things are the owner's fault and neither of them were a problem at night. Thanks for letting us get up to the high country!

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and in good working order. The two porches with different views were the big hit. BBQ grill was clean and lit easily, but for some reason the far left burner would not light even though the other two were working fine. Was not a problem since there were only two of us, so two burners was plenty. We love the location near Timberline par 3 golf and Continental CC. Would love to stay here again in the future.
