Beautiful home in quiet, relaxing neighborhood, with plenty of room for a big family to play and relax. Game room kept us entertained for hours.

7 adults, 3 children. Lots of room and every convenience one would need for our winter stay. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Rooms were large, dining room seated all of us. 3 car garage. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would love to go back.

We stayed here for a guys weekend. The location and home was perfect for our needs. Corn hole, basketball, air hockey, pool table. Short Uber ride to downtown and also to the Oakmont at Continental country club.

Arizona Home Base
This Flagstaff VRBO was in an excellent location to act as our "Home Base" for exploring Arizona. We would hit the hotter areas of Sedona and Phoenix during the day and retreat to the cool air of Flagstaff for the evenings. The home was spacious and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you might need for cooking except maybe a good set of measuring cups. But overall better equipped than most vrbo kitchens. Plenty of shampoo, soap, and toilet paper was provided. The owner was easy to communicate with. We got to experience seeing the elk lounging in the yard!

Great house for family vacation.
The property is located in the Continental Country Club development.
It is a very nice, quiet residential area. There are hiking trails nearby and very convenient for going into town. The house is very well decorated with lots of space to spread out for kids and adults. Game rooms with pool, ping pong, cards , air hockey, basketball hoop. The owner maintains a no shoes, pets or smoking policy which puts it on top of our list. We would definitely recommend staying there and look forward to returning next summer.

Have never had an experience like this. Had to text owner to get details to get into house after emailing and calling. House was super dusty, beds with dust mites and made with sheets that were the wrong size. People with allergies opted to sleep on the couch rather that in the beds d/t allergies. Not enough towels. No dish towels. Advertised at $300 per night but ended up being over $2000 for 4 nights. Toilet runs all day/night. Hot water is not hot. No outdoor furniture. One working pool cue. You get shocked when you plug anything in. Tried to change the dates of stay by sending an email at the end of February and reply was not until 2 days before scheduled stay. reached out directly to owner regarding above issues and was told it was not her problem and not in her control. Would not stay here again.

Carolina (host) was so accommodating! She checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. She also provided a wide variety of recommendations for the area. Our stay was great and the house was exactly as advertised! I highly recommend!

The house was exactly as advertised. Lots of room for our family of 10 with loads of things for the adults and children to do. The location and neighborhood were super; several deer walked right through the back yard.
Only Real Negative - we were very disappointed because there was no covered patio on the back of the house. It rained a few times during our stay but we could not sit outside and enjoy the storms. Additionally, the rear patio furniture was unusable because it stayed too wet.

The house was exactly as advertised. Lots of room for our family of 10 with loads of things for the adults and children to do. The location and neighborhood were super; several deer walked right through the back yard.

Our stay at Main House Flagstaff
Beautiful area and large beautiful home, however very hard to get any information before going for our stay. Owner didn't know what kitchen appliances were offered in house or what tv stations were offered. Every time we asked for information it was very vague or didn't know. House was dirty, bed had not been laundered in a while, cleaned, but dusty. Many items broken or about to break (heavily used old items) Carpets dirty and dishes out of cabinets dirty. Owned very rude, actually texting us 3 times that cleaning crew would be there at 10, be out! Actually texted us not to steal anything! (I have never stolen appliances from a rental!) Then when we got home texted how an outside at end of driveway light had the top taken off. I ask you, why would we take the top of the light off and even if we did (just put it back on!)

this was a great place to stay. initially after we booked it, it seemed a bit more challenging than it should have been to get in touch with the property owner. we almost had to cancel but i think VRBO was the cause of this. the owner/contact Carolina was very helpful and responsive once we finally connected.
the house was great. stocked with everything we needed. outdoor bbq (natural gas) was very easy to operate and use.
if you’re like me and need to be “connected” the internet was amazing and reliable, even with a load of people on it. 200-300mbit down, 50-100mbit up.
they have roku connected to the family room tv, maybe other places, but we were able to connect any of our devices and stream movies or whatever to it. worked perfect.
lastly, Carolina had told us about the trails surrounding the property. we explored them all as we love to run and hike. we wished we had brought our mountain bikes because it felt like we were in the center of a ton of great trails. this was great. the location of this house was great. we brought kayaks for lake adventures, tons of places to hike near by, and again, wished we had brought mnt bikes. will next time!

bring your telescope if you have one. it gets so dark out here and lends itself well to this activity.

The house was as depicted in the description and pictures. Carolina, our host, checked in occasionally to make sure everything was as stated and if we had any questions. Her orientation was excellent, providing information about the local area and ways to better enjoy the property. Very pleased with our selection of a vacation rental

We had such a great time up in Flagstaff, this cabin is spacious and fits a big family comfortably including grandparents. The kids had a blast exploring and stargazing at night.
We can't wait to go back!

It has a large 3 car garage which was nice for parking since we got a lot of snow. The kitchen was fully equipped. It had 4 good size bedroooms; 3 were queen/kings and the 4th had double bottom bunk bed and another double bed. Easily could fit 5 people in... which is nice with kids. There was an office with a pull out couch, dining room, and large living room to fit everyone for movies etc. This house could fit a lot of people if needed. It included a large loft play area and back game room. It was also very clean! We will definitely be returning and had the best time!
