It is a lovely granny flat.

Access to the granny flat when staying for a few days, this is issue due to parking and distance from your car.

I had to phone the owner as there were no instructions provided. She seemed a little annoyed that I called her but there was no other way to collect the keys.

The pool was filthy and my husband asked if she was ok if he put the creepy crawly on and her response was that they have a pool guy. We asked when will he be coming to clean the pool and she said she had no idea but it didn't matter becasue the pool was pristine. We said it is disgustingly filthy and she said it may be full of leaves etc. but it is still pristine. I really struggled with that response. She later came and said it was fine for my husband to clean the pool. The next morning my husband went to clean the pool and noticed that there was an electrical cable hanging inside the pool in the water from a broken submerged light. My husband then seen the owner's husband and asked him to get an electrician to look at this but was told oh it's ok it won't be live. Well we weren't jumping into the pool to find out if it was live or not. My husband also complained to them because the slats on the bed are broken and he fell through the bed when he got in the previous night and injured himself. I then recieved a phone call from the owner telling me to be out of the property by 10 am. I asked her why as I had paid in advance for 8 days. She then went on a crazy rant because we complained about the electrical wire in the pool and that the pool was filthy and that the bed is broken. I told her I would leave but I wanted my money refunded. She said she would give it to me when she recieved it from Booking.com. I then called Booking.com and queried the refund, they phoned her and she was in fact not going to refund the money I paid in advance. This woman is hostile, a complete liar and the property is not fit for use. There is no smoke alarm in the kitchen or anywhere downstairs. The WiFi doesn't work, the house rules are absolutely ridiculous and quite threatening and there is no BBQ.
