Nestled in Melbourne, this charming house for £128 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Newly remodeled home has HEATED POOL (only heated In the winter months) , a master suite with private bathroom, walk in closet, and two additional beach themed rooms. You will have the entire house to yourself including the (15'x30') 7ft deep pool with patio furniture that is completely screened in. The backyard is also completely fenced in for your privacy. You can also enjoy cable TV in all the rooms along with WiFi. The property is a cozy place to relax in whether your with your friends or family. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots & pans, small appliances, iron & ironing board, and a pack an play. There is a charcoal grill for guest use along with all grilling utensils. Washer and Dryer available for guest use. The pool is cleaned twice a week and lawn is mowed weekly. There is also ADT surveillance & security on the property for guest use with your door lock code, one camera on the doorbell, and another on the driveway. There are no cameras in the back of house by the pool for guest privacy. And let's not forget you can see the space launch from the back yard and the beach is less than 10 minutes away!! The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest but the house was clean and has everything you need towels, bedding, kitchenware, and washer-dryer. The only negative really was the heated pool wasn’t very heated it was still too cold for me to want to get in.

We enjoyed everything when we arrived. But when we went to shower there was no hot water. This was later in the afternoon on a Saturday. We contacted our host and without hesitation he arrived and confirmed. He was aggressive toward the resolve. He found a company to replace their tank on a Sunday. This made what could have been a very bad situation a comfortable resolve. It is never when things go right that the essence of an individual is revealed but on that worse case scenario and you see how they rise above it and conquer obstacles and handle things as they are suppose to. Thank you for the opportunity to see that in our host. I am certainly a customer for life when I am in the area for sure.

We found this property close to WalMart and other businesses we shop. Neighborhood quiet and well kept.
Our rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. AC worked well with fans in every room ti keep comfortable temps for each area.
Loved having the pool to cool off in afternoons. It was well kept and furniture outside is very comfortable for hours of R & R.
Kitchen is very easy to use with laundry close by- all the amenities to keep us going through the hectic schedule for first half of trip

Clean comfortable house, centrally located, well maintained, owner provides the basics for moving in for your stay.
Note for those staying in the fall season, be prepared as the pool is not heated as the owner say's in the listing (heated in winter months). Part of the reason we booked this house is for the pool. The owner should say what months the pool will be heated for. My mistake for thinking the pool would be warm for the first week of October. Needless to say the pool never got used.
May want to consider bringing your own towels also. The ones provided are thin. A few of the slats are broken on the blinds in the front room and main bedroom. My guess is for people to look out the windows. The alarm beeps for no reason quite often. While its not loud it can be annoying for those with hearing aids (My husband). The front area where you park gets slippery when wet perhaps from the dirt or algae? And lastly the communication with the owner is slow. We were told we would get the door code once the cleaners had left. Check in is at 4pm. At 7pm we still didn't have the door code. I had to contract the owner for it. I got the code at 7:15 pm. Thankfully?? our flight was delayed.

We were very happy with the property. The host was always available to answer any questions I had! The property is well kept and truly felt like home! With all the little amenities that we did not expect! The pool was perfect!!! Our family had a wonderful time there!

We wanted a last minute getaway and this house was perfect and affordable. Close to everything it was perfect for a weekend getaway we didn’t want to leave. The kids had a blast in the pool and the house was equipped with everything you could need for the beach and fishing and water toys. It was perfect. Look forward to coming back to Melbourne!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, locally to all the places you need or want. Beach quick drive away, plenty of spots to eat. We just wanted to relax and that we did. Beds comfortable, pool relaxing and fully adequate kitchen.

We came to Florida for my mom to meet her first great grandson. We found this property within our budget and it was perfect esp with having a pool for my disabled son. The owner was so sweet and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect and provided everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Property needs many repairs and updates. Broken blinds, missing closet doors, dirt cobwebs and dust behind doorways. Everything was old or faded except the bathrooms. Broken glassware in cabinet. I drank out of a mason jar. One room had a 5 inch step down which was unseen. 2 people fell. Would be a -place for frat boys on spring break. There was a note to treat this like your own home. My house on its worst would never be like this.

Nice house, beds comfortable. Kids loved the Pool ! 3ft, 5ft and 7 ft. Left our sand toys for others. No beach chairs. Fish bellies food truck was amazing and not to far from house. Overall great house. Would rent again.

Just feel the vacuuming of the carpets were overlooked b4 we arrived. Pool didn't have grab bars were was able to get in/ out by putting a chair close to the pool for support in. Everything else was perfect

Couple of things to note: Beds are comfortable, Kitchen is well stocked and includes the essentials, such as salt & pepper, etc, plenty of TP and PT but no Kleenex. They offered beach towels which was very nice. The pool heater was not working but the owner was very responsive and compensated us accordingly. Seating in living room and dining room are not very comfortable. Owner provides lots of good information on things to do and restaurants to eat at.

Our stay was better than we could have imagined! The home was clean and stocked with anything that we may have needed during the trip including all cookware and utensils. The beds were SO comfy and the couches were great to wind down on at the end of the day.
Our hosts were very responsive and helped ease our minds after Hurricane Nicole made landfall days before we arrived. They also had restaurant menus and activity brochures for nearby things to do that helped us find the best places to eat.
The pool, of course was a hit and we spent most of our stay lounging out back although the water was a tad bit chilly.
The neighborhood was quiet and we all felt very safe, plus we were so close to grocery/food areas.
I would absolutely come back to the Melbourne home and recommend it to all of my friends and family if they're in the area!

What a very beautiful cozy home!!! We were so impressed with everything. From the convenience of the area, to the cleanliness and overall beauty of this little pool home. The only thing was the pool was a little chilly, but we swam anyway because the weather was gorgeous the entire time!! Will book again in the future!!!

Property manager unresponsive. VRBO attempted contact as well. Issues with large critters in attic. Last contracted cleaning service did not clean well. I was able to reach the owner and she quickly apologized and sent over another cleaning service and would reach out to pest control. We had to leave unexpectedly due my fall the first night coming out of master bath. Went to urgent care next morning and X-ray showed broken fibula. Please know that if you are in a wheelchair, crutches, have balance issues or are physically impaired this master bedroom is a step down from main part of the house into bedroom and also in and out of the master closet and master bath to the bedroom. There wasn’t a pool grab bar to assist in getting in and out but I couldn’t have after the fall. Thankfully the owner graciously refunded part of our costs so that we could go home and see the orthopedist. Thank you so much for trying to remedy the unexpected situations that arose. We would recommend this spacious property thanks only to the owner stepping in.

This is a really great, especially for a family get-a-way. The 3 bedrooms all had very comfy beds with nice bedding. The closets were big with plenty of room (no closet in the 3rd BR due to owner's belongings, but there is a large dresser and a rack for hanging garments. The kitchen was very nice with a large fridge and a dishwasher. There were plenty of supplies available for cooking, cleaning and strorage of left overs, too! There is a laundry room with a nice washer & dryer. The pool was clean & well maintained in a nice screened-in patio. Plenty of parking. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe there. There is a security system. All rooms had a TV with full cable, the internet worked perfectly. The yard was well maintained. Very close to shopping (WalMart was literally 5 mins away) and lots of food places. We ate at Squid Lips and at the Polish restaurant (Sweet & Salty?) and liked then both. We got pizza at Mister 01 Pizza, the pizza there was good to OK but the place was very noisy. We went to Eau Gallie Beach and Satellite Beach (both very close) there were even plenty of beach towels available in the the home. The bathrooms were nice. All the furniture was well maintained and comfy. If I gave any less than positive feedback it would be to remind the cleaning people to dust/clean under the beds and behind the dressers and side tables. A towel bar in the en suite bathroom and a dresser in the primary BR would be nice, too, as would curtains or blinds on the sliding glass door. This is a BARGAIN for sure. Thanks for hosting such a wonderful home.
