This beautiful three-story home is in Summer Towne on Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, FL. Recently updated. This house is next to Pier Park/Margaritaville. This is the most convenient location along the beaches in the entire area. All restaurants, Ocean and Pier Park are within a few steps of this incredible house. This house is a few steps to the white sandy beach. Avoid large crowds and competing for a spot on the beach. No elevators, crowds, long lines at elevators or waiting for parking! One of the best features is having your own garage to pull into with no elevators. Full fridge in garage for your beach drinks, overflow food and ice. This house is fully equipped, has high speed internet and HE washed and dryer. There are plenty of beach chairs and items to enjoy at the beach without having to bring your own. There is also a charcoal grill to grill outside by the pool right behind the house. The views and breeze from the top deck are amazing.

Great house! Close access to beach & pool as well as restaurants & shopping. Owner was great to work with. Provided beach chairs, umbrellas & toys which was great to have and not have to bring from home. We highly recommend and hope to stay again next year.

Most of the time when viewing properties the pictures don’t match when you arrive. This property is even better in person. The view from the top deck is amazing. The perfect spot to drink your morning coffee and watch for dolphins. (We saw 1-3 every morning.) The location is perfect. You are next door to Pier Park but don’t really notice it. The house is tucked away in a nice quiet community. The beach access is across the street and easy to get to. We also noticed it wasn’t very crowded. No high rises close by. We were very happy with our experience here.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Pier Haven. The house was in a perfect spot and close to all needed. Great views from top balcony!! Loved it all. Can’t wait to go back again!!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, so close to the pool, easy walk to the beach and pier park. We loved the garage area to sit in and hang out with our family when we weren’t on the top balcony. Stairs are a complete workout though, so be prepared of that if you have anyone with knee issues, etc.

Fall break 2021
Location! Location! Location! My family of 10 stayed for fall break and it was the best! The location of this house is so perfect! Walking distance to beach and pier park. We hardly had to drive anywhere. Holly was quick with any help we needed. The ONLY downfall is the stairs. My father has knee problems and the stairs were pretty rough on him. I recommend keeping that in mind if you are travelling with anyone elderly or with knee problems. Besides that, I cannot express how perfect this house is. side note- some dish towles in the kitchen would be helpful for drying the pans or a drying rack. Thank you again for allowing us to stay this week!

We stayed here last week and we absolutely loved it. The house was very clean and well kept. The simplistic ways of entering with keyless entry was amazing. The location to the Pier and Pier Park was great for teenagers, as a place to go for activities. The ease of walking to the beach was amazing as well. The house did have some beach chairs and an awesome umbrella that we used. My only cons were the stairs. There are a lot of stairs in this rental, so if you take someone that has difficulty getting around this might not be a place for them. Otherwise, it was AMAZING and the hosts were easy to reach out to for additional information.

Family and Friends 2021 Vacate
We stayed here last week and we absolutely loved it. The house was very clean and well kept. The simplistic ways of entering with keyless entry was amazing. We had a great time staying at the house. We were able to relaxe and also enjoy a few sunny days at the beach and since we stayed for the 4th we had a great view of the fireworks from the house. Would definitely recommend staying there. Your down at the beach in less than 2 minutes, we will definitely be back next year!

This was our first time renting a house and we will never go back to a high rise. No waiting for elevators, crowds of people on the beach, or lugging in groceries from a parking garage! This house was the closest to pier park and hasngreat views of the pier and beach. Access to the beach was right across the street and the beach was not crowded. This house has a garage and everything you need for the beach (beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, and boogie boards). It is also very secure with electronic locks on the doors, so no keys to mess with or lose. Holly was easy to communicate with and answered my questions quickly. The only thing to keep in mind are the stairs, if you are traveling with anyone who has physical limitations. There are 3 levels to this home with the main living area and balcony with a view on the top floor. Overall, it was a great time and beautiful house to spend our vacation in. Thanks to Holly and Mark for sharing it with us.

Great Place For Large Family!
We had 10 guests stay at Pier Haven and still had plenty of room! The house is spotless. Kitchen is loaded with everything you might need and bedrooms have Roku TVs which was a cool surprise! On top of that, it’s in a great location literally steps from Pier Park and beach access. Holly is incredibly easy to get in touch with for literally anything needed. We will definitely stay again!
