About this house rental
Located in SLO's Old Town Historic District, featuring beautifully restored Victorian and Craftsman homes, this two bedroom Craftsman is less than a 5 minute walk to downtown shops/restaurants/nightlife. Despite its central location, the house is situated on a quiet street without heavy traffic. The property includes a private yard with a large (8 person) hot tub and grill. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for gourmet or casual cooking. The living room features a flatscreen TV, HD DirecTV, full sized sofa, a love seat and a desk. Each of the bedrooms features a very comfortable queen sized bed (1 sleigh bed and 1 brass bed). Please note, the driveway is our neighbor’s and cannot be used for any reason. Parking is available on the street and can sometimes be a challenge, especially on Thursday nights due to farmers market downtown. This property had everything my family of 4 plus a pup needed.
The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, house was clean, beds/living room comfortable and the hot tub was a treat!
The location was a huge perk it was a short walk to top notch coffee shops and dining downtown.
It was so great to have a washer dryer, no huge piles of laundry after our trip!
Highly recommend, we will be back!

This cozy house was just the right size for my cousin and I visiting the SLO area. Very clean, comfortable couch and beds and stocked kitchen in case you want to cook. Very walkable to historic downtown to restaurants and shops. Nice patio set in backyard to enjoy dinner and a glass of wine. Would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at this well appointed and charming house. It was very close to downtown shopping and dining. We were able to walk there easily. The home was also very dog friendly for our pups. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Love this cute little cottage, and the well maintained hottub outside is perfect for winding down after a day out to the beach or around town.

We had a great time staying in this downtown location.
The house and furnishings were comfortable. The yard was very tropical and the hot tub felt like a million bucks every morning before heading out to see the sights.

Absolutely love the spot easy to walk downtown for farmers market and morning coffee at Scout, to High Street Deli for lunch and Bon Temps Creole Cafe for brunch. It’s been great for relaxation between hikes and meals. Looking forward to our next visit and hope this spot is available when we do!

Awesome house in an awesome neighborhood. Beautiful vibrant little town. With great coffee shop / bakery within walking distance, and a fabulous Farmers night market on a Thursday evening also within walking distance. Beach, Paso Robles wine country all within a 30 min drive.

Cute cottage, perfect for the two of us and our doggie. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfy, and the back yard very inviting. We had breakfast there every morning. It's a really quiet neighborhood, great for sleeping, but we could walk to downtown with all the shops and restaurants in just about 10 minutes. We look forward to coming back!

My family and I enjoyed our short stay in Karin's cozy but spacious home. Beds were very comfortable and you have all of the amenities you need. We especially loved how convenient the location was. It's just a short walk to downtown SLO with great restaurants and shops. One thing to note in the summer is that it can get quite warm in the house during the day. I'd recommend keeping the shades closed throughout the day. The water pressure in the shower is also a bit weak if that's something that's important to you. Overall, very lovely place and would stay again.

Cute Cottage Near Downtown SLO
My husband, mother-in-law and I stayed here recently for a family wedding nearby. It was the perfect place for us. The two bedrooms were clean with ample storage and comfortable beds. The bathroom had double sinks, which made sharing easier. It also had an amazing backyard oasis and was within easy walking distance of Downtown SLO. I would highly recommend this property.

The home was perfect-clean, very comfortable beds, inviting back yard and large kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to downtown and Cal Poly. There is even an air conditioner-on our 95 degree days it was great to have. This is a find in SLO!

The house is small but has a very nice fenced yard. We have two little dogs and it was perfect for them. The location is excellent; blocks from downtown which is the center of life in San Luis Obispo. Michelle was very easy to work with.

This is a wonderful and quiet location within a few blocks to the restaurants and shops in cute older SLO. You need to park in front but there was always plenty of space. The house was perfect for us with both front and back porch areas for sitting. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners had provided some thoughtful extras like a bottle of wine. They quickly responded to any questions. From this house it was an easy drive to hiking on the coast and to many wine tasting events and a concert at Cal Poly. A wonderful place for fun and relaxing.
