This downtown cottage is less than one mile from the heart of downtown Pensacola in the historic Belmont-DeVilliers district. It has 2 queen bedrooms, 2 bathroom and queen sofa bed in the living room. It has recently been completely remodeled with many custom features. The kitchen is accented with walnut through from the stove hood, bar stools, doors and furniture. It is also equipped for cooking at home. Both bathrooms feature tiled showers.

The cottage was wonderful and the host was great with communication. Did wake up at 2am in the neighborhood from loud base playing. I would stay again. Very safe and very comfortable.

Let me start of by saying I Loved the Cottage, it was extremely clean and had all the essentials we needed. But my complaint is not having access to the washer and dryer to wash our beach clothes that is a Big Negative for Me as well as not having enough wash cloths. But I did like the fact that some were brought to us immediately after my request.

The cottage is located in an obviously depressed and crime-ridden neighborhood, which was never told before we arrived. We ended up not staying (we didn't even enter the property) and got a hotel room instead

Very cute house. Needs covering on all windows due to lack of privacy. Not in a neighborhood that you would expect to walk to downtown locations. Absolutely loved Pensacola though.

This was the perfect house for our cheer competition weekend. It was close to the Pensacola bay center and a few restaurants/fast food. The house was clean and the check in/out process was super easy.

Beautiful location. Within five miles of every convenience. (Food, stores, gas) Within 20 mins of beautiful beaches. Cottage was beautifully renovated with homemade crafts and murals. Owner communication was great. Plan to stay again.

Overall, we loved our experience. The home was redone beautifully, and we loved all of the unique pieces throughout. It was also near Downtown which was an easy car ride away.
A couple things we’d love to see improved— it got very hot at night for all guests to sleep comfortably. It wouldn’t allow us to lower the thermostat lower than 70. The front bedroom mattress also caves in the center causing sore backs on the morning.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The property is close to downtown but not really walkable for us. It’s a little too far for night time walking. The little cottage is decorated so cute and the size was perfect for two couples.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The property is close to downtown but not really walkable for us. It’s a little too far for night time walking. The little cottage is decorated so cute and the size was perfect for two couples.

Kasia is an incredible host! The house is meticulously clean sand communication with Kasia was perfect. Anyone looking to stay in Pensacola would be best served to stay at this rental. Short walk to the downtown strip and a short drive to the beach. Stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Decor is wonderful! Reminds me of many of Chip and Joanna Gaines’ makeovers. Only drawback is that the other homes on the street are run down. I felt comfortable because my husband and adult son were with me, but probably would not have otherwise. For instance, when we arrived back at the house one afternoon, there was loud, explicit music being played by the neighbor directly across the street. That made sitting on the front porch i inviting, to say the least.
I will say that we had absolutely no problems while staying there. And do remember to ask for bedding for the sofa bed ahead of your arrival, also. :)

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was very accommodating although it would have been nice to have a tv in the bedroom. Also the house was very cold and although we turned the temperature up it still wasn’t enough

Temperature

Comfortable beds, friendly neighbors, convenient location. If you are put off by the neighborhood, give it a chance. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly, happy and greeted us with a smile. There is a nice playground a few blocks down and a little beach. Close to Krispy Kreme (we are from MA where trans fats are banned so this was on our kids bucket list) and Publix. Would recommend!

It’s location was near everything where we need to visit.

The cottage was cute and well furnished. My cousin and I had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable, towels good quality. Neighborhood is old but being revitalized and felt very safe.
