This charming second-floor in a small 6-condo complex is just a 1/4 block from the beach and yet very close to Padre Blvd - a short walk from dining, entertainment, and the beautiful beachfront. Located on Retama Street, on the gulf side of Padre Blvd, this condo is decorated in a contemporary style with a tropical flair to remind you of the way a true beach home is supposed to feel. You will be just a short distance to all the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a well-appointed kitchen. A washer/dryer and one parking space also add convenience. Whether you enjoy the beach, the South Padre Island night life, (or both!) this is the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island getaway! The unit was absolutely gorgeous. Better than I expected. Parking was a big stress for me before I got there but it was an ease. Very close to beach access. THE CHECK IN STAFF AT THE OFFICE WERE ABSOLUTELY PLEASANT!!
The only thing I didn’t like was that the trash cans that were next to my parking spot was nasty and smelled horribly.

Lamp in living room didn’t work. Had to figure out what buttons to push after entering the code to unlock. The ceiling above shower was nasty. Location was good but was charged extra for being late due to backed up traffic. We came from 10 hrs away. Overall was good, just needs some work on lamps and cleanliness in bathroom.

The location was close to 2 beach access entrances. Took us less than 5 mins to get back and forth. The condo was clean and a great size for my family of 5, and the neighbors were very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect. The only thing I didn’t like was the loud music behind the property until 10:30pm. But everything else was perfect!

Nice place, easy check in process with wonderful staff. Good range of cooking supplies too! Only thing I really didn't like was that the bed was made but there was already sand in the bed when we got there... made sleeping a little uncomfortable, but that's just a pet peeve of mine.

It was our first time to SPI, and this place was perfect for the 2 of us. It's a short walk to a public beach access with a bathroom, which was handy. It was clean and just the right size, with a nice bar with live music just around the corner. Several bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Location is perfect. Amenities all that you require. Our stay was enjoyable and hassle free. An actual vacation with no worries, just peace and relaxation.

Know going in the thermostat has a pin not given to guest. Told manager had 2 larger dogs at booking. Day before check in they say the $100 pet fee is per animal. Notes all over the place saying 1 dog with 25lb limit. Close to beach, Place was clean. Felt safe there. Exterior could use refreshing. Overall,it's ok.

Two TV’s and good internet connection made the stay comfortable. Will consider again next time in South Padre Islands.

Absolutely no complaints other than we only got two trash bags and on roll of toilet paper for three nights, so bring trash bags and toilet paper and this place is amazing!

The unit was clean and comfy. The water gets very hot and the bed sheets were soft and cozy. I wish there were more mirrors but overall it was pleasant
