The home features a large open floor plan, spacious kitchen, shady porches, and all new wood floors throughout. Enter the house through the screened porch's main entry. The living room welcomes you with a vast great room with all modern furnishings and a 60-inch Smart TV. The open kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, including a Keurig brewing station and a wine/beverage fridge. The large dining table has seating for 8 and there are 4 seats at the kitchen island/breakfast bar. The spacious dining and kitchen area is truly the heart of the home, perfect for gathering together while enjoying preparing meals or planning the next great adventure of your vacation. The furnished covered porch off the living room is an extension of the living room with outdoor seating for enjoying the Tybee Breezes. Also on the first floor is the first guest bedroom.
