The large dining table has seating for 8 and there are 4 seats at the kitchen island/breakfast bar. The spacious dining and kitchen area is truly the heart of the home, perfect for gathering together while enjoying preparing meals or planning the next great adventure of your vacation. The furnished covered porch off the living room is an extension of the living room with outdoor seating for enjoying the Tybee Breezes. Also on the first floor is the first guest bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has a 50 inch Smart TV and a small attached balcony. There is a full bathroom on this level with a tub and shower combination and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs. The Primary bedroom has a King-size bed, a 50 inch TV, and a large covered balcony. The attached primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a separate garden tub. The third bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a TV, and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds and an attached full bath with tub and shower combination. All bedrooms include smart TVs.
