The kitchen is well-equipped with all major appliances, making cooking a breeze. And spend your evenings by the shared pool, soaking in the hot tub, or out on your covered patio with your favorite drink. This condo is less than three miles north of the Queen Isabella Causeway and just a short stroll from the beach! Rent a golf cart and cruise down Padre Boulevard. Enjoy everything South Padre Island offers, including fantastic local restaurants, souvenir shops, and many exciting activities at your fingertips. THINGS TO KNOW We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels worldwide. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally, a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the number of beds available. All guests must be at least 29 during March, except for families with children. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. First time in South Padre. New to Texas. This was exactly what I needed. Pool and hot tub access right at the patio, beach two steps away. Clean and charming, excellent hosts :)

We really enjoyed our stay at South Padre and the location of this property was very convenient for all the things we had planned for the Labor Day weekend. The property was as described in the ad, comfortable, and convenient. I would recommend this unit and would likely return again. The beach access is a short walk across the street, about a half of a block away, and it was very convenient to get to the beach. If you plan to bring a lot of supplies to the beach for the day, I would recommend a small rolling cart for an easy, single trip to the beach to setup & return home for the day.
The only thing we wanted to point out was that the parking lot was entirely full of guests visiting those with valid parking passes and there was no parking available the night before Labor Day. This was likely due to the events going on during the holiday weekend, but we were told by the property manager when we called that technically there were slightly less than 1 parking space per unit on average and there was nothing that could be done, but parking on the street was permitted as long as it was along a curb. We were luckily able to find parking on the street close to the unit, but we wanted to share this so other guests can plan to Uber or plan for a similar situation on busy dates during the year.
The pool was clean and convenient. Overall, we had a great experience.

Besides the cleaning fee that's outrageous at every rental, thumbs up. I learned that staying 100feet off the beachfront is a better experience and cheaper. They graciously let us check in early which saved all our frozen and refrigerated groceries. I'll be back!

The only issue we had is that we had taken our bikes and there wasn't much room for storing them in the bike rack. Also, our biggest problem was that the laundry coin machines were full and we had to go somewhere else to do our laundry. Otherwise a great stay.

It has a beautiful garden with a pool and hot tub feet from the room.
Also offered was a baby gate and pack and play my grand daughter was able to use.

The bedroom could use more lighting.
The parking lot spaces could be a little bit wider.
It would be nice if only adults stayed, no children. They liked to leave all their toys in the pool when not there .
Fireplace in living room needs to be fixed or replaced.
Sliding glass door needs to be replaced along with some of the outdoor furniture.
Pillowcases that actually fit the bed pillows.
