While the location was amazing and views to die for I could not get a hold of anyone about trash issue. Only 2 TVs worked out of all the rooms and NO ONE would answer me about it. The hot tub was the nastiest I have ever seen. Full of debris and lint and while the cabin was not totally aweful the place hasn’t been dusted in months at the very least. I found a number of items under meds and couches from previous stays. We had to take our trash off ourselves half way through the week almost 16 miles away at a dump.
Again the location was amazing but some things need more attention for sure.

It was amazing. Loved the cabin and the view. The location was perfect. Only needed help once and some one got ahold of us right away. Thanks for a perfect family Christmas!!!! We will be back for sure

Very nice cabin. Beautiful view of the mountains from the upper deck as well as from the upstairs game room. Cabin was clean, convenient location. Close to town, restaurants, grocery stores. Bears visited daily, sometimes multiple times. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the view and the the atmosphere of the cabin.

This is our 2nd stay in this cabin and it was just as great the 2nd time around. Had a family of bears visit us within 5 minutes of parking and unloading our car and saw them twice a day while we were there, but Lock your doors, they are smart and like to get into cars! Was one of the most amazing and relaxing vacations. We will be back to stay again!

Our family loved this cabin and had a great time. From the moment you arrive you will be in awe of the gorgeous views from the decks. Every day we were there we encountered multiple bear sightings. For that reason alone we would be back. We did give the amenities 4 stars as the one tv remote was not able to be located and the WiFi was not very fast. Overall a great place to stay and we will be back.

The property was perfect for our 3 day getaway in the Smokey mountains. The views are amazing and the location is perfect. And as all previous reviews have mentioned, yes you will see bears. We saw a couple of groups with a mama bear and her cubs. If you are bringing dogs and kids just be careful as they come and go right in the driveway. Since they were around, we did not go outside and use the fire pit or first level patio too much as we didn’t want to run into them or attract them. Also be mindful of anything you leave out in the patio, we had brought a bike and left it right on the patio near the driveway and one of the cubs ripped the seat when he was playing with it.
Also for the lower level, if you are trying to adjust the heat or AC, the thermostat is right behind the TV next to the pinball machine. We didn’t know it was separate from the main and upper floor and it wasn’t listed in the manual of the house the location.
Other than that everything else about the cabin was perfect. The sauna was awesome and the game room was so fun!
Highly recommend!

Overall the cabin was nice. Did not care for the steep climb on the road to get to it and several of the amenities did not work. Hot tub and pinball machine where non-functional. Internet was terrible and since all the tv's where streaming based, there was no TV available to watch.

The views were amazing. The cabin was big enough for our family of six to spread out and have some space. Fun games in the lower level (pinball and arcade games) pool in the upper level. One of the ceiling fan blades in the lower level bedroom was broken when we arrived and made a lot of noise. Good thing we brought our own fan to keep cool. Every morning there was a bear in the yard. First day, there was a mama bear and two cubs. We did see turkey, deer and coyote in the area as well. The yard did have a lot of garbage in the yard. Not sure if a bear got into a garbage bag or someone dumped it by the tree line in the yard. I picked up the garbage near the tree like so the bear could no longer eat the trash. Overall, the cabin was great, the views were amazing and everyone had a great time.

It was easy check in, super easy to find by GPS, and the home itself was lovely. The beds were very comfortable, the home itself was so roomy, and the washer and dryer are also just super convenient!

Everything was great! We all had a good time. The bear’s we saw were an added bonus. The only negative, which is minor was we only had one garbage bag

Great views! Saw bears in the area almost every day. Very convenient drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Overall very clean and a great layout comfortable for 6 adults and a child with room to spare.

It was a nice experience to stay in a cabin outside the hustle and bustle but close enough to downtown Gatlinburg. The best part of the experience was having the bears visit us a few times during the week. If you bring dogs, this can also be scary taking them out at night. The cabin was definitely very roomy and had enough space for the 6 of us. We played pool, used the hot tub and played the arcade games downstairs.
The downside was the cleanliness of the cabin. Three of the bed pillows had hair on them and two of the small trash cans in the bathroom/bedroom were never emptied before our arrival. There were also dirty towels left on the floor in the master bedroom closet. The cleanliness is my only complaint about staying here.

Absolutely wonderful home and all the prior reviews with the bears are spot on! House was clean and located perfectly in the mountains. Pool room was amazing! Definitely be careful leaving coolers and/or food outside as the bears aren’t bashful! Would recommend to anyone but if it’s snowing or icy 4 wheel drive is a must, the hills aren’t for the faint of heart. Would stay again!

We stayed at this cabin for 2 nights to celebrating our granddaughters 16th birthday. Check was easy. Just disappointed we couldn’t check in early. Getting in a 4pm is too late! Had trouble with AC. Temp stayed at 74 until later in the night. I think the temperature was just sat too high and then the outside temperature was so hot that it wouldn’t cool down. We called for service and they couldn’t get to it to the next day but I checked the air filter in the air filter was plugged solid. They brought a new filter the next morning. The house is a beautiful home and everything went well. We got to see your mama bear, and two cubs, one day and another bear the next, and a big male bear the day we left. A memory maker for sure. The inside of the house was clean and no complaints whatsoever. The outside of the cabin had lots of spiderwebs I needed a good cleaning along with the windows.

Gorgeous views from this cabin. We saw mama bear and 3 cubs daily. Beware because the mama bear was in our truck!!

This was a clean property in a peaceful setting and close to attractions in Gatlinburg. Views from the deck are spectacular.

I’ve traveled to Gatlinburg for years and never saw a bear until this trip. Momma and babies played outside our windows each morning. So much fun. Cabin is great too! Everything you could want.

cabin was great and enough room for 10 of us. The cleaning wasn't that good. Tubs was not touched and the hot tub smelled. called they came back out and cleaned. But to late to use hot tub. Also there is room downstairs with 2 double bunk beds. was told they didn't have bunk beds. And no TV in one of the rooms. But overall the house was beautiful.

More than enough room for 10 adults and one child. Home was very clean upon arrival. Views were fantastic. Close to town. Mother bear and her three cubs kept us entertained for two days. We will be renting again.

My family made some wonderful memories here. This cabin has something for everyone. We watched the sun rise and set over the mountain, saw a few bears, a bobcat, and caught the coyote on our trail cam, enjoyed the relaxing hot tub, and the kids loved the pinball and video games. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding view and neighborhood, great cabin would stay again, overall would give 4.7 - appliances, hot tub, etc older but all work so not a 5

When we arrived the cabin was clean and very nice. The view was amazing. The location was minutes from downtown. A few gripes: some toiletries were already used, hot tub took a really long time to get to temp, fireplace didn’t work, beds were absolutely horrible, outside garbage storage overflowing, lightbulbs out all over the place, no extra garbage bags for kitchen, for being labeled as “pet friendly” the yard was not, around $1,000 in extra fees, no cable as listed on main floor tv, typical kitchen necessities were not available to cook with like pot holders. I have used multiple sites in the past but not Vacasa, we enjoyed our stay, but I am not sure I would go through them again.

This was a great cabin for our large family getaway. 4 couples, 1 teenager. 1 child, 1 infant, and 2 dogs. The kitchen had most of the items that we needed and there was a good amount of space for everyone.

It had plenty of room

House was clean and well stocked with everything a home would have. Gorgeous views, lots of wildlife around. A bear came on our porch and said hi to the wood statue bear at the front door. Coyotes were all over. Close to all the amenities. Couldn’t ask for a nicer vacation. Thank you so much!

The property was a mess. There was a used bandaid in the trash can, food in the living room, the hot tub stunk, blood on the upstairs toilet, worms and other bugs everywhere downstairs, the a/c is not adjustable, and the master bedroom has mold on the roof. The cleaning crew couldn't speak English and "cleaned" the mess with a vacuum, a magic eraser, and their bare hands. No gloves or anything. Disgusting. Getting in touch with vacasa is a breeze if you want to wait forever. Months will pass without any contact. Do not stay here.

Bears and bees! Loved the home and location. The property location was perfect for our mountain vacation. While there we were visited by a bear each day. One bear did dig up a nest of yellow jackets on ground level underneath the front porch.

The photos don’t do the view from this cozy cabin justice! It’s beautiful! The cabin is very large with enough space for our two families to not feel like we were on top of each other. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen amply stocked for my Chef husband’s taste. Only 5 minutes from Gatlinburg and other amenities. Very quiet neighborhood. We even saw 3 bears while we were there! Our only complaint is about the hot tub, it’s old and in disrepair.

Our group of 7 loved the beautiful view on the wrap around porch. Plenty of beds .

The property looked exactly like the pictures. It was in a great location. We saw several bears around the property, which my family and I enjoyed!! I would rent this place again.

What a beautiful home that had plenty of room and privacy for 8 adults.
What a view!
