Enjoyed a nice winter stay with my college aged daughters and their friends. Location is super convenient to restaurants, shops, the beach and the pier. Everything within a few minutes walk!

We stayed here for the annual Pirate Festival and loved it! It is close to everything and was well supplied. Will definitely keep this one in our archives for another time!

It was our first time to Tybee. This property was just exactly as advertised and a short walk to the beach, several restaurants and shops. Weather was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed the screened in porch every morning and evening. The property is very clean and well kept! We would definitely stay here again!!

The property was nice, clean and suited us and our needs. Great location, literally right by the beach. The only thing was communication from the property manager was non existent. We got there early and asked if early check in was possible, no response. Called several times and her phone was turned off. So needless to say we waited until the exact time to check in and luckily there were no issues since we couldn’t get in contact. Even through out our stay and after she never reached out to apologize for the lack of response or contact. But it is what it is. We had a nice time otherwise. Would stay here again.

This was the perfect house for a weekend in Tybee. Close to the beach and restaurants. We come to Tybee every summer and only want to stay in this house from now on! Communication with the host was also wonderful!

This house was awesome. Very clean, even though the carpet in the bedrooms were stained in some places, it was overall a very clean house. We did want to rearrange some of the pictures on the walls, but we refrained, lol. It was also very well stocked with the essentials, we were pleasently surprised with how well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom towels, etc. it was, and all the stuff in the kitchen was a plus! The fact that Xfinity cable was provided was nice, no on had to sign in to a streaming service to watch tv. We loved all the beach accessories that were available to take with us to the beach & of course that it was so close to the beach. We will definitely rent this house again next year!

Upon entry to the property, we were impressed. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. The open concept was very nice as well as the large island. Close to beach entrance and within walking distance of great food and fun. We would stay here again without a second thought.

We had a blast. This little beach spot is roomy and comfortable. My family had a wonderful stay we had great places to eat in walking distance and everything we needed to cook if we stayed in. It feels homey and just the right touches we had a great time. The patrons in the community were great the food was awesome and I have to mention I really loved watching the windsurfing on the beach.

We booked this weekend and was our first trip to Tybee. The house was well kept and just as described. We didn’t leave the island all weekend because we had everything we needed within walking distance.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves as a family of 4. Very close to the beach ⛱️ and restaurants. We only had to drive to the dolphin tour. Everything else we were able to walk. Very spacious kitchen and screened in porch.

Everything about this property, from the location, space, decor and amenities, was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway to Tybee. The enclosed garage and yard were great for grilling, the upstairs balcony was the best spot to relax and enjoy a drink, and so many restaurants and bars were just steps away. We especially appreciated being so close to all the holiday activities on Saturday!

The house was very clean, well maintained, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we could need and more. The furniture was in great shape and the kitchen area had plenty of supplies. Most importantly, everyone agreed the beds slept very comfortable too. Our favorite place was sitting and relaxing on the outside screened in front porch. The house is easily walking distance to the beach, pier, beach shops, and several restaurants. This was our first trip to Tybee Island and we all enjoyed our stay. Everyone had a fantastic experience and hopefully we will able to rent this house again when we return!!!

Home was as advertised. Short walk to beach as well as shopping and restaurants. We loved the screened in front deck, which allowed for some interesting people watching during Piratefest. Even though we never used the stove or oven, the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. We hade some trouble with the TV in the middle bedroom, and was unable to ever get xfinity remote to work in that room. It wasnt a big deal, so I didnt push the issue. The manager is aware though, so maybe it will be sorted out for future guests. There were plenty of towels, wash clothes, extra pillows, and bedding. Check in was super easy. We very much enjoyed our stay at this home.

My husband, myself and our 4 children stayed here over Thanksgiving. We had great time. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and every room was very comfy. The beach was so close and we enjoyed it even though it was pretty cold and it was a short drive to Savannah. We all a great time and we'd love to come back soon!

Great Thanksgiving Holiday!
My husband, myself and our 4 children stayed here over Thanksgiving. We had great time. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and every room was very comfy. The beach was so close and we enjoyed it even though it was pretty cold and it was a short drive to Savannah. We all a great time and we'd love to come back soon!
