Relax and watch the waves crash from this top floor airy and bright condo. Enjoy 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths, each with comfy queen beds. Beautifully decorated home with queen sleeper sofa, flat screen tv's and kitchen with everything needed for a great get-a-way. Sit on the balcony and watch the waves roll in, enjoy the salty air and ocean breeze. Professionally cleaned, you're on Island time the second you step into this ocean view condo. Bring your flip-flops, shades and bikinis. All bed linens, towels, cookware, soaps and toiletries provided. Tybee's local Grocery Market is 1 mile away. You can walk to all the main attractions from this condo! You will have full access to the condo! Cable tv, WiFi provided. South Beach is Tybee Island's most sought after location. Here you can walk to all the local's favorite spots, restaurants, nightlife and pier. Fish off the pier or from the beach, kayak, or just sit and relax. You can easily walk anywhere from here, ride bikes, rent a golf cart or drive. Parking is covered and space for 2 vehicles. You do have a reserved space! Plenty of storage for beach chairs, golf cart, beach toys and bicycles. Grill located in the back yard No elevator for this building

Comfortable, clean, cute accomodations. Had everything we needed. Would suggest a rug inside the door and a couple of throws would be great for the couches and swing.

Lovely condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals at home. We enjoyed exploring the island by bike. People were friendly. Neighborhood was quiet (off season) and we felt safe. Loading and unloading without an elevator was a drag, but we managed just fine.

I absolutely loved this condo. It’s close to the beach, within walking distance to the back river, and the gorgeous sunrises are visible from the balcony. By far the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. And the kitchen had everything I needed.

We enjoyed the nicely remodeled condo with its close proximity to everything. The beach, the shops, and the restaurants. The master bed is a memory foam and was comfortable while the guest bed was okay and the sofa sleeper was terrible. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for cooking and eating in. We had a great time!

The property was nice and as described. Not much privacy if you are seating on the balcony. Perfect for us 2 ladies that came to do some kayaking. My only complaint is that each bedroom as a back door in case of emergency but they were both bolted shut. Fire code violation !!! We had a great time.

Clean and excellent location. New appliances. Beautiful view. Only negative is parking, which is very tight, and difficult for large car or SUV to get into spot. But definitely a great place to stay.

The property was perfect. The decore was so nice and the bed was perfect. I loved the porch swing on the balcony. Loved that the beach was right there and the restaurants near by was perfect. We will be coming back!!

The property was perfect and a stones throw away from the beach! We never had to get in the car because everything was walking distance. It was perfect!
The property was also very clean the property owner was very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away !

It's a very nice location and place except it wasn't very clean. Floors were sticky in main living area and bathroom shower had hairs on wall. They did send someone over to mop again. Could use some minor repairs on loose towel bars and hooks. Otherwise a great location.

Nice unit. Some frustration with key entry and Nest thermostat. Quick response to our inquiry about the heat and problem solved. Stairs not a good choice for us. Very limited ocean view.

We absolutely loved the nice clean condo and location! My favorite part was sitting out on the balcony having breakfast while watching the waves! Will definitely be back!

The rental was as advertised. Easy check in. Great location. The only issue was- the power went out in the unit an hour after check in. We tried calling the property management company several times, left a message and never got a call back. The power didn’t come about on until 10pm that night. Poor job and definitely effects us renting from this management company again.
